Our family room was subpar I must admit. It had a window that could not be blacked out so we had to ask the maintenance guy to go to the roof and put cardbox over it. C'mon, its for sleeping purposes only. A bit to expensive if you ask me.

Wonderful village with great facilities. All the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time very much. PingPong was great to rest from the sun. Bed and linen really good. Frontdesk staff always available and ready to help.

Gorgeous property, pool area was amazing. Food for breakfast and dinner was some of the best we had in Crete, and the staff were all amazing too. Not far to explore surrounding beaches on west coast - a really good base if you have your own car.

The rooms are quite basic, particularly the bathroom, which could use some updating. For the price, we expected a higher standard.

The pool area is fantastic, and the breakfast selection is excellent – definitely a 10/10. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

We informed the staff about a small leak in our master bathroom, which they said they would take a look at.

This was our 3rd time, we always book a private villa with a pool just up the hill from the main hotel. We love the views, the pool and the spaciousness of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is handy to have for a longer stay. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and the breakfast spread is very good.

I didn’t like having to cross the little bridge to get to my room, it was too steep and I was concerned about slipping. Luckily I found a way round it.

The pool was kept spotlessly clean, as were the sunbeds. There was a good choice of food at the buffet breakfast. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

The only small criticism is the bar could've stayed open later, but it is a quiet place and most people had gone to bed by then.

Beautiful boutique hotel about 20 mins from Chania. Perfect for couples or families that want a quieter holiday vibe but with all the authenticity of a Greek villa. Staff were wonderful and very helpful, friendly atmosphere and the pool area is just stunning. Manos and Geni were fantastic and friendly.

The little bridge from the pool area back to my room, it was too steep and I slipped on it. After that, I managed to find a way round it.

There was a good selection of food at the buffet breakfast, as much as you could eat. There were different choices every day. The pool was lovely and was kept spotlessly clean. The sun loungers were very comfortable and also kept very clean.

The staff was not the friendliest, you sometimes had to ask multiple times for something during diner or breakfast and they didn't seem to like their job

The village is quiet but has some restaurants nearby and the beach is only 5 min drive. Our private villa was great, everything works but don't expect luxury. The hotel made us breakfast to go on our last day and two people from our group got a different room when something was wrong with the plumbing.

Hotel is excellent. Set in the small village of Spilia, away from the main tourist drag. The views of the surrounding countryside from the hotel are lovely. Breakfast was lovely and you could eat outside.

The rooms downstairs were way too dark with not enough lighting Staircase was windy, small and not really suitable for younger children or older adults. They were a little rickety too

It would be useful to know that the villas each have different sizes of pool - we would have booked a bigger pool had we known this. Kitchen could be equipped with salt and pepper.

We stayed in one of the villas at the property. We were a family of 5 and had a 2 bedroom villa, with 2 double bedrooms and a sofabed. The villa was clean and very comfortable. All rooms had air conditioning. Breakfast was included and was taken at the hotel. The hotel itself is situated in a picturesque and quiet little village, which was just perfect. Very relaxing. We’d highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You will need a car through for any activity outside the village.
