I loved the energy of the staff. All with a gorgeous smile. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious. The chef did his best. Hotel was clean and spacious with his own parking lot. Will come back for sure

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Santorini, the hotel was perfect, the breakfast selection was really good, something for everyone. We did a boat and coach trip and a lot of walking, a lot!! the views are just amazing

The resort was beautiful and in a terrific location - a short beautiful walk into Fira. The staff was also wonderful and upgraded our room for the final two days of our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

We had an amazing stay at splendour resort. We had just got engaged and the hotel upgraded us to a pool jacuzzi suite which was perfect. Great views, location and staff especially melvan and rigoni at reception, they were so nice and helpful.

We loved our stay at Splendour. We were only staying for one night and were upgraded on arrival to a pool suite. The rooms are spacious and clean. Reception staff & Porters (Mevlan) were so polite and helpful.

I loved everything about it. The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful, the ambience was great, the amenities were amazing. Jennifer at the bar was an absolute delight. The views are breathtaking. Its definitely worth the money you spend.

Expensive food and drink. €12 for 2 portions of chips is crazy.

Lovely hotel. Fanastic views. Beautiful room with our own pool. Very clean. Coffee machine, stocked fridge robes, slippers, safe, loads of bathroom amenities, and a bottle of wine on arrival. Excellent staff. Restaurant manager brought me gluten-free bread cereal and cakes, and they also had great selection for breakfast, including non dairy milk. Reception team are lovely with good English. They looked after me when I was injured off the premises. The porter was lovely. Melvin i think his name was.

Location, within walking distance to every where. The restaurant has great food and service and we were up graded , so we were very pleased to have our own pool. Loved every minute of our stay.

The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

Absolutely everything and everybody was amazing. A fabulous first trip to Santorini. Because of Splendour Resort we will be back.

Facilities were old and not up to 5 star standard. Eg. TV and hair dryer were very dated. Paid for a private pool but unfortunately was not heated at all and was freezing cold. Noticed that no one was really in their pool and it's because it was just so cold !! Sounds ridiculous considering how hot it is there but it was so cold it was not usable or pleasant to be in.

Location was good, not in the heart of the city but was only a short distance walk from a strip of shops and resteraunts and then about a 15min walk from the main town. Bed was comfy, room was large and clean. Transfers from accommodation were easy to organise. Staff were really helpful and very accommodating of any request.
