Only thing that needed a little taken care of was that the shower head didn't have a holder to hold the shower head. So washing hair wasn't the easiest task but the water pressure was fantastic and the other facilities were great.

The location was great! Our host welcomed us and gave us the keys and offered us free Sunbeds at her beach club which was a 2 min walk. The cleaning ladies were lovely and they refreshed our towels. We had a little balcony with a little sea view. There was also a little shop right downstairs which had everything you needed. Loved it!

The host was very nice, she offered help and assisted us whenever we needed something. The location was amazing as well, very close to the beach, and to eating spots. The room was clean, although I was staying with a friend and it was a bit too packed for the two of us.

The room had many ants everywhere, even though there wasn't food in the room. The shutters are not good. At night there was too much light, despite the fact that we also closed the curtains. As a result, we didn't sleep a lot. The air condition needs deep clean asap;the quality of the air that was coming from the air condition wasn't good.

Quite good, kind and helpful staff. Mrs Ariadni is the best. She welcomes you and makes you feel like home!

The room was not very clean,in the kitchen the pans were dirty I found the pasta stuck inside , the light in the bathroom wasn't working properly. the price was too high for a studio like this.

The location was good, 2 mins from the bus stop to Naxos Chora and from the beach, many cafés and restaurants around.

Toiletries were kinda missing. Only hand soap was provided. The communication was also very slow, and they didn't provide transfer back to the port for my departure. Because I couldn't find a taxi to book online and Adriana (the owner) was hardly reachable, I had to take the bus (which was super late). Luckily, the ferry was also late, and I managed to catch it. However, I didn't appreciate to kind of being lied about the transfer and having to experience all that stress. Also, on my arrival, I had to wait for more than half an hour for someone to come and pick me up, and that happened only after I called to remind them.

The location and the rooms are quite nice and they clean the rooms every day (even when you specifically say it's not needed), and change daily all towels.

Property was located down a quiet side street right across the road from the beach. The rooms are really well sized, with a small kitchen for you to cook if you like. The balcony was great and the room also had air conditioning.

Location fantastic, just a few steps from the lovely beach. The owner met us at the ferry and dropped us back there, was always on hand if we had a problem. Room had everything we wanted and excellent value for money. It's not glamorous but comfortable and clean.

Everything else, no hot water in the shower, the handle was broken and the hose was leaking water, the only soap we had to use was diluted by water, no other options except to buy your own I was very hesitant to use the cutlery, glasses, utensils or the kettle, all in all it was a bad experience. The site confirms free pick up and drop off from and to the port, I called the number and was told to catch the bus. Very misleading. Avoid room number 2.

Cleanliness was not great. There were broken pieces in kitchen, the bathroom did not have any soap (or even a hand-soap). On our first day, we found a cockroach in the kitchen and the owner immediately came but couldn’t find it. She promised that she will call the Pest Control guy the next day (I am used to insects since I am from a tropical country but my daughter was not, it was a deal breaker for her). The next day, no one came and the cockroach returned in the evening. We decided to shorten our stay here at that point. I know insects are common but when there is a action promised I expect the business to follow it through (at least for the sake of the kid/s).

Location was top-notch. Literally 100 m from one of the best beaches in Naxos. The owner was very helpful. The hotel also has a seaside bar with amazing cocktails and drinks. They also have very comfy sunbeds. The entire street has lots of restaurants, taverns and bars. The owner Andriana was very helpful in providing information about Naxos in general.

The main street is rather noisy, but it didn't affect the studios, which are in a quiet side street.

The room was pleasantly designed and comfortable. The host Mrs Adriana, who also runs an elegant bar at the beach front, was always available for whatever I needed.. There is a roof garden at the Studios with a wide view of the island and sea. The studios are located a three minute walk to the beach. Plenty of cafes and mini markets close-by

A very bad odour from the toilet all around the room . And cleaning needs to be improved more.

The studio was generally well equipped, however a few extra shelves and towel hangers in the bathroom could make it more comfortable.

The studio’s location is great, 2 minutes walk from the beach, 1 minute from restaurants and shops. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Very nice vew from the balcony and the rooftop. The rooftop is equipped with garden furniture.

The AC unit was very temperamental, as other reviews said the bathroom was very small and the kitchenette was ill equipped and swarming with ants before we got there. There was always a pair of bikini bottoms left in the bathroom from the previous people staying in the room, despite it being cleaned.

The property was close to the beach, and had a balcony and rooftop with very good views of the beach.
