For the cost we paid I was very happy. Only thing that would have been nice is if the bar had the aircon on in the evenings. Some nights we just went back to the room as it was too hot in the bar. But this would not stop me booking the hotel again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Aircon in the room was welcomed. We only snacked at the hotel but the food was good value. I would return again.

Beds very uncomfortable. Could do with being updated. Bathroom small but reasonable, shower could do with a proper shower guard as floor got very wet and slippy. Mop to mop up was dirty and rockhard not been used in a while.

Found the shower to be very small, and wasn't best pleased that I had somebody camping or living in a caravan outside my window, but other than that really good.

The walk back was a little uphill so no good for the less mobile. The beds were comfortable but a little hard for my liking, I'm used to a soft mattress. The water pressure in the shower wasn't so powerful but still enough for a decent shower

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The owners and staff could not do enough for you all very welcoming and helpful. The pool was lovely clean and plenty of sunloungers and shade for everyone. Breakfast was basic but Perfect and good cooked fresh to order. Good Aircon and cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every other day.24hr bar and reception and very reasonably priced.Perfect location just a 10/15walk to the centre of faliraki and the beach

The hotel itself was dated. My air-con wasn't the best, but my friends had new units in their rooms, so it looks like they are updating. My curtains didn't quite cover my window, which wasn't the best. But it was clean and tidy, and I slept well, so I can't really complain.

The location was good with nice views of the sea and surrounding area. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool. It was superb, good size and covered areas fot keeps away from the sun, when needed. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff, very friendly and helpful.

No curtain shower, so water is going everywhere. Should be cleaner when we check in. Balcony doors and net for mosqutoes didnt slide so well.

Very nice pool area, simple but nice and enough breakfast, very nice prices on the pool bar and the 24h bar service!! Always glad to see net for mosqutoes on the balcony door !

Unfortunately, the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain / complete glass wall. So, the water would spill everywhere after the shower. Also, I didn’t realise the shampoo and shower gel wouldn’t be included either on the basic rate I paid. Finally, there was not enough pieces of the dark(and thick) curtains to shut the big window/sliding doors, because of which the inside of my room could be seen from the front pathway. There were only two pcs of curtains, which needed at least 3, so one side of the room would be visible from outside during the night when lights are on - making me concerned about the privacy

The shower didn’t have a curtain so the water flooded the bathroom a little however there was a mop and an extra towel provided for this.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, especially for the price. The owner and staff very friendly and made sure I was good for the stay! They serve small range of food and lots of drinks all day at the 24hr bar! The pool was lovely and music playing good vibes, room was really big especially for a solo traveller. Had an issue with the sink which was fixed immediately! Breakfast was small but really good for the price!! Definitely recommend staying here!

Wifi could be better, in my room had poor connection or no connection. Some of the balcony furniture could be replaced with new.

The bathroom was not totally clean when I arrived to my room (towel for the floor was dirty and very old). A/C is only available at extra charge, which is stated and sounds reasonable. However, I would suggest to have a fan for all the rooms, it becomes very hot since very early in the morning (right after sunrise), and I did not want to pay an entire day of A/C when I only needed it for an hour a day. Breakfast was extra, I did not try it because it did not look appealing to me, was not traditional greek, and seemed more like corn flakes and yoghurt, or toast with omelette.

I think this hotel is fine when willing to spend most of the day outside exploring the island. 5 minutes walking distance from the bus stop that connects to the rest of the island.

Great choice. To find a nice clean room with such a beautiful pool , just minutes away from a fantastic beach sensation , it felt like a great deal. I enjoyed a lot staying here. All was clean and convenient. few minutes walking from shops and beach. Good budget price. A family was running this place , most wonderful and friendly people. I had the best time here !

The bathroom got very wet, but we have found this to be the case with most accommodation we have stayed in. Rooms very basic, but this is a reflection of the price. No complaints really!

This was the most hospitable property I’ve ever stayed at. We were made to feel so welcome from the start and we really felt like the hosts would of helped us out with anything.

In the first day the hotel lost the hot water so we couldn't have a hot shower. The closest restaurant is an 8 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is simple but very comfortable for the price. The swimming pool is huge and the beach is not far, around 15 minutes walking. The breakfast at 5€ per person is very good with bread, croissants, eggs, bacon and hot beverages

1. Veeeeery slooooow WiFi connection. 2. Only one power socket in the room which is of course far away from beds. 3. Hotel is located a bit far from the beach area however the price is adequate i think.

The hotel is quite old and used but for such a cheap overnight price it does his job really well. The room is clean and has a balcony. Huge plus is a swimming pool which is bigger than in other hotels.

I think that this hotel needs more attention - cleaning, maintainance. In my opinion there was few little things,which could make our stay better. In example: there is a bilard table, but we couldnt use it, because there was no balls. Mosquito net was broken. In my opinion, It should be cleaner.

Employees was very kind and helpfull. Swimming pool od nice, but could be opened for evenings (maybe 2-3 hours longer). In my opinion it has very very good price/quality ratio.
