The room is supposed to fit 3 adults, with a sofa bed, however the sofa bed was very uncomfortable (probably not an issue for a child but for an adult it was not a good experience). After 2 nights we asked the staff for their help and they provided a foldable bed with an extra mattress, which helped a little. They did their best to help but there wasn't a lot more they could do. Mainly, the issue is that they shouldn't offer this room for 3 adults. Also, water pressure in the shower was often very (very) low.

The hotel is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. Located 30 seconds walk from the beach with several bars and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and breakfast is excellent.

The room for 4 people was a bit of a squeeze but ok for a few days. Not much shade around the pool.

Location was perfect. Directly opposite restaurants and beach. Can walk over road to beach in 1 mins. The breakfasts were lovely but just to bigger portions. To much food - waste. Bar area and service was exceptional Comfortable beds and sun beds. Clean Pool was brilliant

Dreamy hotel within walking distance of Platis Gialos beach and several excellent restaurants (Omega 3, Yalos, To Steki taverna). We loved the location. We also loved the design and landscape of this beautiful property - it feels like it’s hidden away in a secret garden. The room was comfortably appointed and the bed was good. The pool was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was a highlight - made to order (not buffet) and so delicious. Hospitality excellent too - the staff were wonderful here.

Amazing location, amazing venue, an incredible staff, which just made it even better. Location was perfect, across from the beach and very close to a few very high quality restaurants. The place was perfect for our stay, and my only regret is that we didn't stay an extra few days. Next time for sure.

Nothing I didn’t want to leave!

All staff were so friendly, they looked after us and gave us recommendations about the area. Relaxing atmosphere and very clean stylish rooms. I enjoyed being able to take part in yoga and Pilates classes. Great beach across the road lined with some delicious restaurants. Good walking trails close to the accommodation also.

More umbrellas for shade poolside

The location was great right across the road from the beach. The room was spacious and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. Cleanliness was top notch. There’s a yoga/Pilates class on site and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Loved the styling of Verina Terra.

The hotel is great - our room was awesome, comfortable & very spacious & so beautifully decorated. The pool area & dining area were both beautiful too. It was as a very short walk across the road to the beach so very convenient. Breakfast was amazing - so delicious & plentiful - we didn’t need lunch after that.

The beds are alright, but a topper on the mattress would make them more comfortable.

Verina Terra is beautifully embedded in a lush and green garden. The pool, bar and breakfast area a super stylish, as are the rooms. Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh made cake and bread and lots of different things to choose from the menu. The place is in walking distance to lots of great restaurants which we tried out one after the other. For us one of the best things about Verina Terra were definitely the drinks that George, the bartender had invented for the cocktail menu of the hotel bar. He created drinks with local spirits and ingredients from the hotel's own garden, which were super delicious, well balanced and the best drinks we had on our trip to Greece. They were as good as in any high end cocktail bar around the world. He should start a YouTube channel so we can watch him create his lovely concoctions.

Two years on from our last visit to Verina and things were just perfect. The rooms are lovely, the setting beautiful, a lovely mix of informality and quality. The breakfasts are outstanding. The real gem though is the team. Katerina , George and Irene were simply amazing.

The location is the best bit - 10 metres from lovely beach. Great swimming pool area with nice sofas in shade. Lots of choice on breakfast menu - delicious pancakes. All day menu great too - we loved the bao buns. Friendly, welcoming staff able to give good recommendations and they create a nice, relaxed vibe. Loved our room - very comfortable with large bed. We really loved the area with all the restaurants on your doorstep !

very old building, very dark rooms, smelling humidity, no proper light to get dressed or read a book, no good internet, mosquitoes even though we asked for protection they disinterested bring us, the water in shower not steady in the temperature and the flow, no espesso machine, no iron for clothes , no pluck in the bathroom to put the hairdryer not comfortable chairs in the balcony
