We would have liked a mosquito curtain for the balcony door as we were struggling with mosquitos in the room. Also the mattress was very soft, which we personally didn‘t like and didn‘t find very comfortable.

The hotel and the room are really pretty, well equipped and clean. We especially liked the newly renovated bathroom which even had a toilet shower. The Location is great and the nearest Bus stop (‚cinema’) to the beaches is only a 5 minute walk away. Agios Geogios is only a 3 minute walk away but we found it to be much more expensive and less pretty than the beaches on the west coast like Agios Prokopios or Agia Anna. The staff was incredibly nice and even remembered our preferences at breakfast. The breakfast itself was simple but good. There was always yoghurt, fresh fruit, jams, cheese, ham, bread and eggs and then each day there was one or two changing special items such as Bougatsa, Rice Pudding, croissants or tortilla. However we were there during pre-season at the end of May and we believe the breakfast has more variety during main season.

Flora, Bernadette, and Romilly couldn't have been more helpful and attentive and helped make our stay memorable. The room was cool when required and always clean and neat. The location is quiet, but in easy walking distance of every facility Naxos Chora has to offer.

Everything was perfect!!

Gorgeous Boho Design.Everything about the hotel was exceptional! Excelent location. New furniture. Super very clean in every corner. Very comfortable spacious rooms and bed. Fantastic breakfast. We love the homemade marmalade! Flora, the owner, and her staff are such a lovely, caring, friendly, and helpful person's. Villa Flora is really a hidden gem! Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to stay unexpected one more night in Naxos, and Flora arranged for us a new and bigger room! We are so thankful.We certainly recommend Villa Flora and will definitely stay again if we get back to Naxos. Thank you so much!

Not an issue for us but there's no elevator so if you stay at 2nd floor and have any walking issues, watch out for that. Apart from that, all was fantastic and we're very happy with our stay.

Such a nice hotel. Room very comfy with all amenities and stuff you might need, quite big and it also has a nice balcony. The bathroom is OK too. Really nice breakfast with local products prepared at the same morning by the owner (amazing omelette BTW!!). Its 5 - 10 minutes walk to the centre and port area, so it's really handy and accessible.

Nothing to dislike

Good position for the beach, town and restaurants. Lovely boutique hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. Exceptional continental breakfast, good choices. The owner Flora is very passionate about her hotel and it shows in all the fine details and extras in the rooms. If we return to Naxos we will definitely return to Villa Flora

The shower was opening to bedroom with glass sliding doors, lack of privacy. Stairs for 2nd floor, making it difficult for luggage in and out, although the staff did assist with this.

Location was easy walking distance to everything including restaurants and beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Balcony was fantastic, being able to sit outside.

Nothing, everything was great!

Comfortable and spacious rooms designed with a local feel to them. The hotel was perfectly located, just a few steps from the nearest beach and a short walk away from Chora and the Port. Flora the host was great, super friendly, happy to provide recommendations throughout our stay and Zelda was great as well, helping with anything we needed. The breakfast provided each morning was a perfect way to start each day and also a chance to meet fellow guests.

Not specific to the property but the area it property was in is densely built up and you just see other buildings across a rather narrow street from balcony.

Everything was amazing!!!

I honestly cannot fault this stay. It is the most beautiful, best located and friendly hotel I've been to in all of the Greek islands. The location is ideal, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to town. The rooms have stunning interior design and the staff are always helpful and smiling. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The bed was the best I've slept on in Naxos. Don't hesitate to stay here! I've already booked my next visit.

Everything was perfect

The hotel was in a SUPER location; 3 minute walk to the beach and a 7 minute walk to the center of town. The hotel is beautiful and clean with beach chic decor. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh ingredients and the best croissants we have had in Europe. The hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answered all our questions. We were traveling with 2 families and we booked 4 rooms. Everyone was extremely HAPPY with the accommodations and we will rave about the hotel to anyone that has plans to visit Naxos. Even though it’s listed as a 2 star hotel, it actually feels like you’re in a 5 star.

The owner was a bit offensive and not very nice at first and said that we do not have a reservation but eventually figured it out and apologised. The lobby/breakfast area was small. It wouldn’t really be considered as a hotel, but more of rooms with a shared space, probably similar to other properties in the area.

the property is very well located, the rooms (executive suite and junior sweet) are really nice, spacey, and clean; the staff (1 lady) and owner were friendly and helpful with tips, and even let us stay until it was time to leave to the airport (6 hours after check out) with no extra cost. the breakfast was okay due to the limited capacity.
