The sound isolation could be better as we could here everything when neigbhours used their bathroom. The offer for breakfast could include some salami or sausage.

We were accommodated in the Grand suite, which is on top the building with incredible view on the city and mainly the caldera. Room was well designed and bed comfy. Staff polite and helping. Close to wide variety of restaurants.

Me and my partner have just recently stayed at the Grand Suite with outdoor hot tub at Damigos Caldera World which I think is the best room that they have there and it was well and truly worth every penny. The views were absolutely breathtaking, like looking at a postcard, and in our opinion, they are the best views we had seen anywhere all over the island including in Oia. We had a perfect view down into Fira, up into Imerovigli and out looking over the stunning Caldera, including perfect sunset views which were incredible. We loved sitting every morning having breakfast and watching the new cruise ships come in. You have two balconies/outdoor areas with this room, a lower level balcony with a table and chairs set and then the top level with a hot tub and a super comfy round leather padded bed to sunbathe and relax on. The top level was amazing and so private, you are not overlooked by anyone. and there is a canopy too to provide shade from the sun and wind if needed. The location is fantastic, an easy walk into Fira in about 10/15 minutes but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Even though you are high enough for the views to be incredible, the hotel is still super accessible, literally just off of a road so it was so easy to get in with our luggage or to get picked up by transfers. The staff were absolutely perfect in every way. Gigi, is a diamond. She is one of the most hospitable people we have ever dealt with. Anything you needed, she was there from booking transfers with just 30 minutes notice, making dinner reservations, offering recommendations, providing ice buckets/bottle openers / supplies. You could just whatsapp her and anything you needed would be arranged. The breakfast was lovely too with a good choice and was delivered on time every morning at whatever time you had asked for. We would not hesitate to recommend and cannot wait to visit again. We are missing the views already!

What an amazing hotel, great views, close to the city and absolutely amazing team! Their Whatsapp system is so simple to use, and super handy and they serve breakfast to you Ala carte to your room. So close to the city and easy to arrange transfers with reception to and from Oia and the beaches. Will definitely stay here again. Hot tub cleaned daily and amazing shower space.

The mattress from the bed is like a rock - some people might like it. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

The view from the balcony and the terrace is absolutely breathtaking, the location of the hotel in Firostefani is perfect - not crowded but not far away from everything you need. Having your own jacuzzi and watching the sunset from there makes you feel special - which you are in that moment ;-) Gigi from the reception is a gem and super helpful. The communication was very easy.

I stayed at the Grand Suite with Caldera View & Hot Tub, and it was truly an incredible experience. The premises are located in Firostefani. You are in between Fira and Imerovigli, and can walk to either towns on foot shortly. Firostefani itself has a ton of options for bars and restaurants, and provide better experiences than both. The caldera view and the rooftop hottub was a truly superior experience than all the travel experiences I've had in Greece. I've been traveling alone for two nights, but will come back soon with my partner. It's an absolute gem in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Amazing location, steps from the main walking path in Firostefani! Right up the hill from all the action in Fira. Very easy ride to Kamari beach, Megalochori, and Oia. Walking distance to Imerovigli and hiked Skaros rock early one morning. Super convenient. Parking is right out front of the building and was a great perk! The views from the whole property and our suite were incredible. We have stayed in all areas of Santorini and this was top notch. The staff were so hospitable and catered to all our requests. They fulfill many activities and bring a really good breakfast to the room. You do not have to go to Oia to watch the sunset, watch it right from the private balcony/hot tub! We will definitely be staying here again!
