Kostas and his wife were very kind and helpful. Great location and vibe of the little villas and garden. Loved the mornings sitting outside and listening the birds and seeing the colour of lights on the mountain. Amazed the huge fikus outside. The loft gallery bed was an beautiful extra.

Toilet didn't flush to start with and you had to fill the cistern with no explanation of how to do it or how long.

We had an outdoor area that was amazing. We had everything you would need, a stove, fridge, toaster, kettle. So close to the beach and many amazing restaurants.

Beautiful location. Quiet situation but still very handy to walk to shops ,restaurants and beach. Interesting layout inside which was very attractive . Fantastic veranda. Sun when you want it and cool at the right time . Access across road to an amazing pool with comfortable sun beds was great benefit.

Wi-Fi had its ups and downs but I was informed that the problem is general. On a hot day it may be a little challenging to walk from/to the bus stop especially if you have small children.

The location is good especially if you want a short walk to the beach and the local facilities. Kostas is a very professional person and runs the property more than 30 years. The rooms where super clean and maintained the traditional style.

I loved everything about this wonderful place. Kostas works from Morning till night, making sure that everything is perfect and is an absolute delight and wonderful host. It's in a perfect location and just minutes walk to the beach. I had a whole roof terrace to myself, which was perfect. Kostas arranged a transfer last minute as booking.com cancelled mine when I was sitting on the plane!. The gardens are immaculate. There was everything I needed in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the air con is included. Being a solo traveller, this place couldn't have been better. A lovely family and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely return. Keep up the great work.

Villa Ostria is in a great location. It’s about two minutes walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops. My friend and I had an amazing stay at this place in Santorini as it has everything. But what made it more enjoyable is the hospitality of Kostas and Celina. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by Kostas who was not only helpful but also displayed genuine kindness and warmth. Kostas and Celina’s unwavering commitment to providing outstanding assistance made our experience truly remarkable. I hope the leaking toilet is fixable because we had to deal with it, but all in a it is a minor detail. We also wished for some hooks to hang stuff on, but again not a big problem.

We have been in Kamari several times before, but never at Villa Ostria. Our hosts Kostas and Selina were warm and welcoming, lovely people :) We loved the whole property with the white villas, the garden, flowers, trees, all so beautiful and neat – secluded from the busy street outside. The location is very good with just a few minutes walk to the beach and also close to the mountain (Mesa Vouno) which is perfect for walks. The vaulted ceiling and details in the room were especially nice, and I also liked that the bed lamps had a warm glow instead of harsh white lighting. We were two people (mother and daughter) who both wanted our space, and the room was spacious with a half wall that separated the double bed from the rest of the room and the other bed which suited us very well. The kitchen had a lot of appliances and equipment which was also nice. The beds were less hard than I expected, although I used an inflatable sleeping mat for extra comfort as I am prone to joint and muscle pain.

I loved my stay here. Spacious apartment that was very clean and had everything I needed. The location is perfect at the foot of the rock and set back from the road, so it's very quiet and I had the best sleeps here. Kostas is very welcoming and friendly and keeps the gardens beautifully. Great supermarket 2 minute walk away, beach 5 minute walk and lots of great restaurants close by. The tour operators next door were really helpful in organising taxis and tours.

The Apartment was dated and could use some updating. The WiFi didn't work inside our appt so you had to go outside to the porch to get it and at times spotty. Our "2 BR appt" was a 1 BR with 3 beds.

Kostas was a wonderful host and the close location to the beach , shops and bus station was great. The grounds are beautiful and you can tell Kostas puts his heart into the landscaping! Very budget friendly...

Our previous visit to Villa Ostria was before Covid restrictions. When arriving to the apartment this time, the first what we found was that Villa's internal yard became even more beautiful then previously. The yard is well-lighted at nights. Despite of delay of our flight, which became night flight, the villa's owner Konstantinos friendly meet us and showed our apartment. Villa's Ostria owners provide comfortable conditions for sea holidays. They are beautiful and responsible people taking real care of their guests. Villa is organised as a set of comfortable one-apartment houses with small terraces in isolated nice yard with a garden and beatiful view to the mountain. Apartment we lived in was equipped with everything we need and was light and clean, no noise (but you should know that island is small and it's airport receives 1-2 planes per hour, but in daytime only and this doesn't trouble to sleep). Very good location - 5-7 minutes walk to good beach and tavernas and restaurants as also boats to the other beaches of south Santorini and bus stop to other parts of the island. We were really happy to be at Santorini and Villa Ostria again. Villa Ostria continue to be a beautiful place to live when beeing at this amazing island.

Unfortunately there is only aircondiioning in the bedroom and not in the lounge area which contains a double bed, so we were extremely uncomfortable in the double bed area as we stayed in August when temperatures are high. The cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery in the kitchen was very poor and seemed like it had not been washed properly from the previous occupants.

This property is in a great location and the layout and decor of the property is lovely. It is a short walk to the beach, fabulous Cretan Bakery and all the tavernas. All the villas come with an outside terrace, which was lovely to relax on with a view to the mountain behind. The owners of this property are a lovely family who live onsite.

The place is FANTASTIC. Clean, quiet, bright, and the room was so nice. The owner Mr Kostas is the best person I've ever seen or met in my life. He is so friendly, generous, helpful and full of positive energy. It was really pleasure knowing him. The place is just few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants are just at the front door. We liked it so much. A very big THANK YOU to Mr Kostas.

Location is excellent-near the beach (the best sandy beach), super market and local bus station. Costa and his wife are very kind and helpful hosts. In room you have everything you need, including safe box. I strongly recommend it to everyone and hope we will come back next year.

A good , quiet spot easy to get to the beach , shops ,bus stop. A few yards away is the road to Ancient Thira { closed on a Wednesday ]. Buses run approx every 20 minutes to Fira price e1.60 each way. Fira to Oia e1.60 each way . Perissa/Fira e2.20 each way. The walk between Fira / Oia is very good. 10 k walk although i would say it is 12 k. Don't wear flip flops if you do this walk! There is a small cafe about halfway where you can have a drink etc. If you do the Oia /Fira way there is a Carrefour approx 500 metres from the bus station on the way to the walk where you can stock up on drinks etc.. Thanks to Kostas family for their hospitality.

Wifi connection was slow.

Localization was perfect, it was close to the beach, markets, restaurants and the bus stop. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Villa had also a parking, so we didn't have any problem to park rented car.
