Door in our room didn’t close well and should be fixed.

Hotel staff was exeptional. We had a small misunderstanding during check-in, situation was resolved very quickly and professionally plus we received a room upgrade that made our family vacation much more enjoyable! Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, our room was always clean and we felt very comfortable. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and dinners were very good! Family room with the private pool is fantastic :)

Was a little boisterous and overwhelming when we arrived as the entertainment and the bar is right next to reception. People were chatting and drinking in the lobby and it was pretty much like that every night! People were friendly though.

The food choices were good and it was lovely to have snacks available outside of the set meal times. Staff were very friendly and worked extremely hard! The rooms were cleaned daily to an exceptional standard. Facilities in the room were very good.

Communication could have better regarding the booking of the on site restaurants and the activities however this did not impact our stay negatively.

Our room (Junior suite with pool) was nice however the pool did not have sun after 10am everyday. This was a negative to us as we booked this room so when our daughter was napping we would still have a pool to relax by, however in the shade and with the wind it was not as we'd hoped! We booked on to go to the terrace for the Greek night, the food was not as expected. It was very bland and the service could have been better, we left without dessert as they were taking so long.

The staff were wonderful, they were so attentive to our daughter. Our bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. We never struggled to find sun loungers round the pools. The food was as you'd expect, samey but fine.

Some staff members had very rude customer service. Seemed to favour their own people over Irish/English guests which was a little awkward at times.

Hotel is aimed at families and delivered well. Pools were clean and sun beds were easy to get each day.

That they don’t have their own beach, so we had to additionally pay for the beach club.

It was really clean, the stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the hotel was very close to the beach.

extremely hard to get taxi most days, overall happy with my stay as the bus was only a 6 min walk away.

the beach was not as close as expected, still close enough, its just a little walk but its a rather steep hill down with cars coming back and forth.

good location, close enough to both faliraki and rhodos town, so itll take you about 10-15mins both ways by car. staff is extraordinarily friendly, every single one of them, all kids friendly too, the children loved them! room was basic but clean and very spacious. housekeeping was very good, they changed towels twice a day which is nice after the pool and also once again after dinner so you have freah towels again! food was also okay for the price and considering its an all inclusive hotel!

Gym is very small but has the basics and you can keep fit nonetheless Never used the Pool, got the feeling people drink all day but never go to the WC...

The staff at the hotel are really nice and the facilities were good. I loved the food, always found something that i liked and never went hungry, big thumbs up for the severall Hotel handmade yogourts. Kids were happy eating kids food: french fries and pizza :-) Beach is lovelly with a very nice bar with DJs performing all day. Rhodes old town is 10 km away and a lovelly place to visit, no wonder is an UNESCO world heriage town...

Some minor things like poor lunch. Poor sea shelf which is full of construction waste, becomes better at the far end of the beach.

Personel is very friendly and helpful. Territory is good and well organized. Strong A-class (4+*) hotel. Greek restaurant dishes were nice and tasty. Nice and warm sea.

-Bacon on mornings wasn’t crispy enough. -Shower was good but a bit “tricky” to shower in due to bathtub. -Air con in a room was really loud.

-Snack bar: gyros were delicious and the pizzas were the best ones ever (dough was so good). -Animation team and program was great. -Hotel room was excellent, roomy and spacious for the whole family. - It was wonderful that our late check out got organised till 6 pm.

The wifi was a little slow for uploading photos but coverage was good otherwise.

This hotel was located only a short walk from a lovely beach and a short bus ride to Rhodes town. Taxis to the airport were reasonably priced and could be ordered from reception. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and nice throughout the whole stay and we felt like they knew us by the end. The facilities were good, we used the main big pool and could find sunbeds for 5 together each day. On our last two days a new animation team arrived and put on more events like aquarobics and yoga and other shows. The food was good every day and certainly never went hungry.

Hotel was a good 10 minute drive from Rhodes town itself which was costly at €15 each way

What a superb stay at Virginia family resort. We were only here for 3 nights & 4 days but we will most definitely be back. The hotel staff have gone absolutely above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Every staff member in this resort are always smiling and could not do enough for you. Me and my partner were celebrating our engagement, We were greeted on arrival with huge smiles, and was advised we have been upgraded to the pool room. This was completely unexpected but my gosh the room is stunning. The following morning they arranged a private breakfast for us which exceeded every single expectation. The food in this resort is absolutely amazing, especially for buffet. We went on a night out with the animation team, there was some miscommunication with the transfer home but again the reception staff reassured us and solved the issue instantly. The pool bar staff have made our holiday. They have a good laugh and again are always smiling ensuring we have a great day. The hotel is modern the pool area, food area, and rooms are always clean. The reception and bar staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and are a credit to the company. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so so special. 5 stars from us!

This resort is fantastic.. beautiful place, ppl are making you feel like a family member. Rooms are clean, food is amazing, drinks are great, beach is 3-4 minutes by walk, sea is crystal clear, sand beach is amazing. Everything was great - we loved it..

THERE WAS BLOOD ON MY BED SHEETS! the hotel was very rude to me, they told me I could get compensation but then when arriving back in the UK they’re now saying I can’t, they berg rude and didn’t even say sorry about this, I found ants in my room too!!!
