Great sized rooms for HK and great location. Breakfast buffet had everything, noone could complain there was nothing they wanted to eat. I would recommend this hotel

Water pressure of shower is not easy to adjust. It can be to strong. Also, the kettle and cups are stored too low, on the bottom of the cabinet.

Staff are very polite, polite and helpful. Location is very convenient, being close to MTR station, and bus to airport. It has many different restaurants around.

Open up the lobby bar earlier in the day and reduce the cost of treatments (exorbitant)

The rooms are small for the standard of hotel and are looking a little tired. My colleague had problems with waiting time for the lifts from the exec floors to the exec lounge.

Used the exec floor and this is very convenient. Breakfast on the top floor is spectacular. Location is great for Causeway Bay and Happy Valley.

Noisy climate system, you cannot sleep if it turned on. Also it is not working properly, in your room very cold, or becomes too warm. Little bit tricky in case of harbour veiw, you'll not get it until you pay for premium deluxe room and above. But anyway you'll have rooftop access where is very good view

Very stylish room with lovely views. Rooftop bar was great, but expensive, and the pool area Very nice. Close to plenty of restaurants and the Metro and tram line. Would stay here again. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The price performance of the breakfast buffet isn’t attractive. The offers are not like five-star level at all, maximum four stars, no variations, the fruits offers were narrow every day. The breakfast ambience was not so lovely. Every morning you were asked by the watchers at the door: „What is your room number? How many people? How old is your child?“ then you had to sign every morning on the breakfast receipt, I understand that was for the split of cost with the hotel, but for the guest, it was quite annoying. The cleaners knocked the door twice at around 2pm, even though our room was tidied up already. It seemed lack of communication in this department too.

The receptionist Govi had been very helpful. The cleaners and restaurant staff are also friendly. The harbour view was nice. Good location. Not so crowded like Causeway Bay or other spots. Close to the airport shuttle station A11.

Some details can be improved: better ambient music in the restaurant for breakfast (I was getting tired of these 80’s hits), not enough staff at check-in and check out. No more complementary water bottles due to HK new regulation, but it should be replaced by some water fountains on each floor. There was no option other than buying bottled water at the nearby supermarket

Location is a little bit out of the way although there is a mrt station near. The pool are was very cold and not great for sunbathing.

The check in process needs to be improved. The wait time was around 20 to 30 minutes documentation check was done manually. With so many hotels with express check in and check out, the check in process needs to be improved to keep up with modern times.

Good location close to MTR. Lots of dining options nearby. Clean, spacious and comfortable room.

The hotel is really grand - big posh lobby with big chandeliers! Friendly staff and good concierge service who were happy to help. It’s in a good location but a subway ride from any major sightseeing things or the buzz of the city including restaurants and bars. The subway is easy to navigate though so it’s not a problem really. Room was a good size, quiet and bed was comfy

It's just a little outdated however still a great stay

Lovely hotel and a beautiful room with a great Harbour view. We originally paid A LOT more than it was advertised later so had to do a price match claim. I feel like for the original price didn't quite meet my expectations but overall after the price match very happy. Great location with easy access to the metro line. The staff spoke quite good English and was helpful :)

Nothing really. A few minor things. Room was quite small for spreading two suitcases. The shower flow and direction takes some getting used to. There are eateries near the hotel but pricey and not to my liking. I went to a sushi place and was disappointed by the taste.

Stayed in a corner room with nice view. Location of the hotel is great for connection to airport ( Bus A11 from Fortress Hill bus stop) or airport express + MTR. Fortress Hill MTR station is just 5 min. walk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast spread was quite large but not exactly extraordinary considering the price tag. But then its Hong Kong. I have had really big and delicious breakfast in Bangkok Marriott at half the price.

Too much noise comes through the front door from outside; but I guess that is for security purpose.

Staff were super friendly and helpful - really feels like a 5 star service. Also the room AC is cold; this is super important with HK’s hot summers. Also love the rainfall shower, not many still have these because it uses a lot of water but feels amazing.
