Only 1 downside was the outdoor pool area was closed for maintenance which we didn't find out until we got to the room and saw a note about it.

We had a small suite with a fabulous view of the harbour and Hong-Kong Island. Room was kept lovely and clean. Breakfast was very good. Happy Hour drinks were good too. Friendly staff. Next door to the metro so travel was very easy.

Its a little away from centre but a very quick ride in. No problems really.

Room is clean with good views across the city. Easy to get to via train or taxi. Really liked the breakfast but could do with actual machine coffee. Staff are very nice.

We were woken up with phone calls in the middle of the night which we didnt answer. We had one phone call that was the wrong number.

The location to the MTR was walking distance and the mall attached a bonus. The room was nice and good views. Overall value for money. Staff were helpful and we checked our luggage in early.

Nothing in particular. I have no idea whether it was good value for money as I have nothing to compare it with. I chose it because it has the option of self catering on 21st floor which is important for someone who needs Gluten free diet in a country with no idea of coeliac disease.

Train is a must for getting to and from the property, footpaths and walkability is less accessible than it appears in to e map. However, once I was used to the surrounds then th ere is a definitive into the rest of HK

The apartment has been refurbished recently and look modern in general but some equipment and decorations are outdated and old, and feel odd at a modern flat. Plugs, switches Telephone and microwave look like 20 years old and require refurbishment to align with the deco of the apartment. . Rooms are cold during winter.

The location is very convenient and next to Hum Hong MTR station. Complimentary shuttle bus to TST. Beds are comfortable. Nice view of the harbour. Great room service and the food was delicious. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices

Walking distance to Hung Hom station and shuttle to TST. The rooms are comfortable and spacious by HK standards. Hotel staff were helpful and hospitable.

Although the staff is friendly and will respond to any query, we were not readily provided with much information when we arrived, meaning that we had to ask (e.g. the Wi-fi, the way around the hotel, the breakfast hours and location, etc.). The hot water in my bedroom was barely warm (rather lukewarm). It was, since the temperature in Hong Kong (and in the hotel) is usually quite good, but nevertheless, for a hotel of this type, I would expect better.

Very large hotel, quite well-located (especially when you know your way around, which was not my case at first), with a friendly and capable staff. The breakfast is (a bit expensive but) very nice with a large diversity (Chinese, Indian, Western,...). From the hotel, a shopping mall as well as several restaurants are readily accessible. A subway station can be found nearby.

Check out was a bit confusing as the arrow sign pointed to the RSH of the front desk, but the lady on duty at the RHS of the counter she sent guests back to the center of the front desk. May be a more indicative and clear arrangement would be helpful. Concierge service was questionable! I wanted to print a company sensitive document (just one page), they asked me to send it to their concierge email account so they can print it out for me, even a 3 star hotel would have a stand alone computer and printer for customer's privacy. I was surprised, such simple task the concierge could not help me on that!!

I stayed on the 21st floor. The room has a nice kitchen with some cooking wares, a standard size fridge, a microwave, which all is a very good thing to my kind of travel and staying. The location is number 1; unbeatable!

Cons: Kept having to refresh/reactivate key cards every few days The hotel room needs refurbishment - our room was quite dated and the air con was really noisy. The room also smelled like an old air con. Wouldn't think it's a 4 star hotel based on the room ( as opposed to another nearby where we also stayed a few nights). There were signs to suggest refurbishments are happening Kitchen was not well equipped, and with no option to really borrow additional items ( we enquired) - crockery and plates sufficient but only 1 small pot and pan; and the two knives were blunt.

Stayed 9 nights this month here in harbour plaza metropolis , we chose it as it is one of the only hotels in HK that has rooms with a kitchen with (induction) stove top- which we wanted as we have a young infant. Pros: Housekeeping excellent service. staff broadly were pleasant and helpful One bedrm suite had a good layout (good sized clean kitchen is entirely separate to living room,decent size fridge and stove top, dining table with 4 chairs. Very good location, you walk through the attached mall to connect straight to Hung Hom mtr station

Location was great, right next to a mall and MRT. So convenient to get to other places. One stop away from the hustle and bustle but far enough for abit of peace. Room was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The front desk was rude both at my check-in and check-out. At check-in, I wanted to ask the directions to the adjacent office building (within the same complex and just 3 minutes' walk away) and the front-desk personnel just cut me off mid-question without listening and suggested that I ask the concierge. At check-out, another front desk staff didn't even look at me and told me in a very rude manner to just "put the card there" pointing to the "Express Check-Out" box.

Room was nice. In fact, I got a free upgrade to a suite! The hotel overall is a bit "dated" and needs to be refreshed, but that isn't a big issue.
