there was a slight misunderstanding regarding first breakfast that was charged on the arrival day, but the issue was settled within 2 minutes on the reception during check-out so no complaints

Very neat and clean room, beautiful view, comfortable bed to sleep and recovery. Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast, quite varied. Staff also arranged a birthday cake for my wife as a compliment, she was super happy. And they use one of the finest cosmetic from Australia - Appeles.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff, the pool, the rooms, the view - everything was excellent. We quite liked the location as well. It was great to have the shuttle option and walking along the TST promenade was quite enjoyable.

Kind of a strange and an unannounced deposit system: the hotel just charged an even number upwards from my credit card. The room needs slight innovation, changing USB chargers to modern ones and a bit of redecoration in the bathroom.

Really good breakfast in both of the restaurants, helpful staff, high quality drinks and appetizers in the lounge, nice gym and pool. We also got our room before the set check-in time, for which we were quite thankful after an overnight flight.

We booked a table for 8pm at Above & Beyond and upon placing our order were told that they had run out of Above & Beyond Peking Duck and we should have pre ordered if we wanted this. We had not been told we would need to preorder on booking the table and at that time in the evening were shocked that they had run out. We decided to leave as this was something we really wanted to eat. Very disappointed. Evening buffet, food was overcooked probably due to heat lamps.

Service was exceptional, everyone was so helpful and friendly. We loved the choices at the buffet breakfast and having evening cocktails in the club lounge. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great at all so we didn't get to use the pool but it did look lovely. Hotel was in a great location.

This place is close to the museums and the boardwalk area. We were on the 16th floor with view across the bay. Breakfast was varied and the employees a real pleasure!

I personally don't like when hotels take a large deposit payment (especially when you have paid for your stay in full prior to arrival) on my credit card even after I advise that I won't be eating or drinking in the hotel facilities. Because it was the first time I was staying at this hotel they actually processed a large transaction on my credit card and upon check out said it would take 7-10 days to return the funds. I do think this is cheeky and it is only natural to leave the hotel with a negative feeling.

View of the harbor is wonderful. Best eggs Benedict with fresh salmon that I have ever experienced. This Hotel is part of the local Universities Hotel Restaurant Management hands on training program. The students inter here for 3 months of training. We enjoyed the students and their great service, our favorite was Agnes! Enjoyed the free happy hour and appetizers on the 28th floor.

maybe wifi speed was not as fast as i would thought it would be.

Very close to harbour, easy to walk around. Breakfast was delightful, with an exceptional variety of food! I could find anything i would like to eat, from different cuisines like asian, american etc. Also very nice restaurant.
