The room was in the corner 948 but previously the corner room we had included a bath tub and a coffee machine this one had neither so disappointed. When I request a corner next time can it be the good one if possible.?

I wish I'd stayed longer to find reasons to complain about.

The room is good sized for being in central Hong Kong (ie smaller than typical, but ample space). I especially rate the reception and concierge staff - such friendly and helpful attitude. The Vibes cocktail bar serves one of the best Negroni I've had in a while.

Breakfast is not cheap but not many options, doesn’t feel worth it. Facilities are a bit old, the bathroom has bad smells.

It would enhance guest experience to have a water refilling station. At times, the hotel ran out of extra bottles of water when requested.

My experience at The Mira Hotel was exceptional, primarily due to its unbeatable location and top-notch service. The hotel's strategic location was ideal for my family, especially since we enjoy exploring Hong Kong on foot. Situated near prominent shopping destinations and key tourist attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui, it provided us with convenient access to everything we wanted to see and do. In addition to its prime location, the impeccable service at The Mira Hotel truly stood out. Travelling with family, including senior citizens, meant that our needs were diverse and sometimes demanding. However, the staff were nice to accommodate us, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. One particular highlight was the airport transfer service, which was seamlessly organized by the hotel. This added level of convenience enhanced our overall experience, making our journey to and from the airport hassle-free. Overall, our stay at The Mira Hotel exceeded expectations. From the comfort and cleanliness of the facilities to the attentive service, every aspect contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

The road and wlakway in front of the hotel is rather narrow and difficult to get on and off taxi or cars

The lifts were very slow, and it allows non-guests to go on it. Although you require a card key to go to room floors, but anyone who wanted to go to the ballroom/restaurant upstairs can literally follow you. With the party going on during Christmas til New Years, the waiting time for the lifts were crazy and the lift was always packed.

The location was amazing, smack right in the middle of the busy TST, about 15 mins walk away from the harbour. Subway station was 5 mins away and malls were connected through the hotel. All staff (reception, concierge, housekeeping etc) were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was bigger than average in HK, super clean with many storage. Love their swimming pool, and facilities provided.

Due to the location and fame the hotel feels very crowded. The rooms are small but nice and clean.

Great location for a city break in Hongkong. Good value for money. Shopping and dining in very short walking distance.
