The room has an unusual, long u-shaped corridor.

This iclub hotel is really a service apt building with a microwave oven and a large room. The location is near the Wanchai mrt and is quite affordable. Unusual for Hongkong, they provide free continental breakfast.

However, there was a slight smell of cigarettes in the room. I asked to be moved, and they gave me another room — there was still a cigarette smell, but it was less strong, so I stayed.

For its price, this hotel is excellent, with a great location.

Perhaps, it will be better to have more privacy between the toilet and bedroom. Anyway, there is a curtain that cover completely the toilet room.

Good location. The hotel is 5 mins walking to Wan Chai MTR Station. There are several restaurants, shops, 7elevens, etc very close to the Hotel. Staff was kind and friendly. They let me store the luggage when I did the check out. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

The breakfast has shrank. There used to be yogurt, sometimes eggs previously but now only toast butter and jam :(

Walls were not very noise cancelling and could hear neighbours talk. Breakfast was alright but it would've been nice to have more variety (e.g. fruits, yoghurt) not just bread. It'd also be nice to have medium-sized towels as opposed to only shower size and small ones.

Very convenient location. Felt safe around the area. Close to MTR. Nice view from window. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the staff even helped me bring my suitcases out the entrance when I waited for my Uber to the airport when I left. The price was affordable and my stay was comfortable. Would stay there again.

The cleaning was not the best, just the basics, changing the towels and making the bed.

The location is superb! In the center of Wan Chai, at just walking distance from the Harbour. Public transport to everywhere and several restaurants with different types of food. The room is small, as it is usual in HK's Hotels, but still quite comfy.

That they didn’t provide power adapters for us to use our type I plugs with a type G/D. We had to go buy one. Would’ve been nice to borrow a few for our duration of the trip.

The colour of lighting in room , if it use day light colour will be better, it will not cause drowsy and if the bath room have handrail for elder will be safe for them as well even have non slippy mattresses but lot of the hotels also without handrail

The room could use an upgrade and seems larger in the pictures. The window doesn't open. The staff doesn't really acknowledge your presence nor says hi. The price value ratio is ok...

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The location is great, lots of food options around! The bathroom was spacious and clean. Complimentary simple breakfast and water on the 5th floor.

The location is very convenient - next to many transportation options, food and walkable sightseeing. We were close to everything we wanted to do and see. Our room was very clean, though a bit more worn than it appeared in the photos. The sofa bed worked for our child, but it might not have been comfortable for a larger person. Drinking water was provided on the floor with the breakfast, which we appreciated, and there was a minifridge in the room. Breakfast was minimal but fine - toast, juice, coffee, tea.

The property is in a nice area, popular for Korean restos in the area which is my observation. it’s very close to the metro 5 mins walking so if you are trying to get anywhere around hong kong areas it’s very easy and accessible. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are exactly like in the pictures and it’s comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. All in all a good experience.

coffee is not hot, it's just warm the pillow is too low and too soft
