Great location and service. Close everywhere to the beach but also to local restaurants, bakery etc. Good communication with the host, who is very helpful, help us with transport to the airport and recommended places to go :) Bar under the room, so you can always order a drink, coffee or something to eat. It was loud in the night but we were aware of it when we were chossing accomodation in centrum, if somebody expect peace, needs to take it into consideration. We will come back :)

This is a great apartment in the centre of the old town. This is my second visit to this property and it was just as good as the first. It’s easily assessable to everything Zadar has to offer.

I left the hot water switch in the on position but the water was cold. I did check with the owner that it was on. But I guess it just wasn’t working for me - so I had a cold shower. But it was hot weather so I didn’t mind so much.

The location for this property is excellent - you’re right in the heart of Zadar and it makes you feel immersed in the atmosphere of the beautiful town. Restaurants and bars are on your doorstep, shopping, history and the sea are a stones throw away - it’s perfect. The room is cosy and comfortable- a perfect relaxed vibe, and despite the location it wasn’t loud.

The room was clean and had all we needed. A friendly welcome by the owner. Right in the heart of the old town but with excellent sound cancelling windows so not too noisy despite the busy street below. I had a twin room for 3 nights with my daughter and would recommend this place to anyone. So many restaurants and shops close by and 5 minute walk to the beach

Everything! It's located i. The old center of Zadar, downstairs there is a bar owned by Gina, where we got a complementary drink. The apartment is comfortable, very clean and even though I read that there is a lot of noise from the street, starting with 12 I think we slept perfectly with the windows opened. I totally recommend!

Property is on a lively street. There is alot of street noise until after midnight. However I was made aware of this when booking. Earplus dampens most of the noise.

Breakfast not included but cafe attached to property and they offer breakfast for 12EUR. My husband said he had one of the best omlets ever. Helpful, kind owners

Due to the location, it is impossible to escape noise at night. As we were enjoying the evenings, this didn't bother us, and we went armed with ear plugs just in case. We expected some noise based on the ad/ reviews, and we slept soundly so not a deal breaker.

Superb location in the heart of old town Zadar. Situated on a bustling main street full of charm and atmosphere. The building was beautiful and full of character, reportedly owned by the family for over 200 years. The room was comfortable and oozed authenticity. Facilities are basic but clean and as expected. It felt extra special to be staying in a historic building. A family run business with a bar downstairs that sold excellent coffee. Hosts were warm, welcoming, and informative about the best restaurants and local stops. Would definitely stay again.

The story of the place is unbelievable, the building exists since forever and has been on the family for over 200 years! The host was super friendly. Hotel is right in the center, very convenient to reach. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to find the right place as it is on a small narrow street and they are giving the keys from one cafe. Otherwise loved the location and the host.
