Everything was perfect!

Staff at Villa Duketis went over and above to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. Villa Duketis was ideally situated in a wonderfully central location, making it incredibly convenient to explore all Rovinj has to offer. The room was clean and meticulously maintained, a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Rovinj’s vibrant streets and stunning coastline. Highly recommend Villa Duketis!

The room was a little small, however, if you are anything like us you don't spend much time there anyway. Everything else was excellent.

Eleni was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and organised a transfer back to the airport for us. The location in the old town is fantastic. The room was spotless and the air conditioner was very effective.

It's noisy early in the morning. This is not the owners fault. It's because it is the located in the old town. Businesses are bringing in supplies, removing trash and this is all happening on cobblestones. I would have liked more comfortable bedding/pillows and softer towels. Not related to the hotel but parking is challenging.

The studio was clean, lovely and well appointed. The location is perfect. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They have an office where you can store your bags which is a huge bonus. It's a charming place and I would definitely recommend it.

parking is about 10 min away but Eleni was helpful in providing location and info about use of an app to pay. would have appreciated having a second key as both the room and the entrance to the building required a key for both entry and exit

The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the busy concourse. The lodging was spotless and well appointed. Eleni and Marko are very nice and eager to help with any travel questions.

The room particularly the toilet was a little small as ours was in an attic but despite that it was super comfortable and cosy so no big deal at all. Only thing I’d change is the two single duvet in a double bed. They were little uncomfortable to sleep in two but personal preference

Eleni and Mark were two of the most kindest owner I’ve ever met on vacation! Super nice and friendly we felt like at home! The room was very nice and cosy and perfectly cleaned also the kitchenette has everything you need like sugar salt coffee and biscuits so you just need to buy food and don’t wast on the condiments

Coffee head so would have been nice to have a small espresso machine in there to enjoy a coffee in the room but apart from that sweet place in the centre of a historic town ran by a lovely couple.

Great location amongst the old city walls. Lovely couple that look after the rooms passed down from generation. Needs a coffee machine so you can make a decent cup of coffee in the morning. Nice touch to have local produce in the room upon arrival. Offered place to keep our luggage on departure day which was super helpful. Rovinj prices have rocketed over the years and there has been some unsightly development pop up in recent years but it still a magical little place that I like to visit when in Croatia.

It was a bit difficult to find. I wonder if providing the easiest way to reach would have been helpful for those walking would have been helpful.

The innkeeper was very kind and offered to help in any way possible. The room was made up beautifully, but it was a bit cramped. Having special welcome treats was a nice touch.

Hosts were lovely and very easy to deal with. They have a lot of local knowledge about the area and were able to answer all of our questions. Location is just top notch, it does not get any better than that. Room was nice and bed was comfy, kitchen is small but has everything you might need, bathroom also small but very nice and modern, great shower. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay while visiting Rovinj. Great location and wonderful hosts. Great breakfast around the corner provided daily. Very comfortable bed and very tastefully decorated. Would definitely come back.

One suggestion: the use of room perfume was quite liberal and we are sensitibe to smells. Had to air the room when we first entered. Not a big deal thoough :-)

Great location, central yet quiet. Eleni was a great host who supplied us with great information and tips. She knows the best beaches and where to eat and shares her knowledge graciously. The room was not big but clean and absolutely adequate for our stay. Highly recommended.
