Very good location, almost in the heart of Novalja. There is always parking in the shade for all the cars, which is excellent when there is 30 degrees outside. The balcony is big and with a nice view. The host also got us some local cheese, which was also really good.

Internet speed is need improvement. SmartTv was blocked on TV. It would be very cool to have a washing machine in apartment.

Owner and staff is very friendly and helpful. Balcony wiev is amazing! Jacuzzi on terrace is brilliant! Parking slot is fantastic! Sunbeds on terrace is so comfortable!

Everything is exceptional. Apartments are literally brand new. The host, Zlatko, is the most amazing host we ever had, he helped with everything. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walking distance from city center.

Zlatko was a amazing! Really nice guy ready to help you with everything. One of the best owners I met after staying in so many places. Apartment was clean, big and modern with two air conditioners. I can definitely recommend vila. I have been in Novalja 5 times and this was my best experience.

The property was clean/modern and in a good location. The property had everything we needed for a weeks stay . The owner Zlatko was so helpful and informative. On arrival he gave us a run through of the local area and the amenities in the apartment. He was always available if we needed any help. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect and the view was stunning from the top floor, overlooking Novalja and the bay. The hosts were kind, helpful, and unobtrusive. It was very good value for money, as the apartment was spacious and included 2 air conditioning machines, a dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms. Also towels were changed every 2 days. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I look forward to staying at the property next year as well.

Everything was great.

Thanks to Vila Novak and mainly to Mr. Zlatko Novak for the best apartment in Croatia. The vila has great location because even though it is near the centre and the beach, the place is very calm and quiet. The apartment was clean, the people were kind and friendly, Zlatko showed us what to do in Novalja and where to go if we need something e.g markets, bakery, bankomat, etc. Of course, if you need to get to Zrce beach, Zlatko has a taxi and he can give you there for a good price. At the end of our vacation, Zlatko cleaned our car for a good way home! We love it! 💕 Hope to come here again, thank you very much! 💕

i liked very much the location and the very personal attention of Slavko, the owner. He and his partner offers you always sympathy. He cares a lot for his property built by himself. He is always looking at the weather, if the strong wind comes, he offers himself to close the windows when you are out. The flats are very clean and quiet.
