I liked everything about the property. We did have trouble checking in due to the host not being there. He advised us to message or call his housekeeper when we arrived at the time we had advised of in advance. The housekeeper didn’t answer after multiple attempts to contact her which meant we were left on the front porch for 30 minutes until the neighbours saw us and let us in.

The view from the front porch of this property was the absolute highlight of our stay. It overlooks the beautiful old town, the Adriatic Sea and the nearby Island and the view is virtually unobstructed. There is a shade directly over the seating area of the balcony so it is lovely to sit there out there in the hot weather with a drink overlooking the stunning view. The apartment has everything you could need included washing detergent, a washing machine, a dishwasher and two bedrooms with two double beds and air conditioning. The couch in the lounge room is a fold out bed.

Nothing I loved it. It was perfect for our family of 4. Especially to come back in the evening after dinner and watch the world go by. Just to note the supermarket is at the end of the steps. They are very doable only 10mins up, less time down. The walk is more than worth the view and spaciousness of the apartment.

Everything! I loved this apartment. The view was exceptional. I loved the terrace! The living room was a separate room with a pull out bed so really three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the water was always hot. The host was incredibly helpful. I would stay here again if I could.

The parking in Dubrovník is absolute disaster, it's almost impossible to find some parking lot. It's not negative for the apartment, but if you come to Dubrovník by car, you should count with that.

The apartment was spacy, clean with all needed equipment. The host was very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the centre, perfect location.

Bath room don't have the hair shampoo, it would be better to have it.

The host was very responding! He also could arrange the taxi from the airport to his apartment and the taxi to the bus terminal. Which is super helpful! (dubrovnik is a surrounded by hills, it's better to have the taxi drop off directly) The apartment has enough space, 2 bedroom plus one living room. There was also a washing machine in the bedroom. (we washed all clothes piled up when we travelled in Rome) The view from the terrace is also amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

The Shower head was really low. I'm only 168 cm tall and the upper Shower head (fixed height so you can't adjust it) was at about eye-height for me. The lower, moveable Shower head was even lower. The kitchen could use a couple small things. There was no salt or other spices for that matter. Getting a 500g salt bag would be a Cheap upgrade so people don't have to eat bland food or buy their own. Also I couldn't find a wine or beer bottle opener. Besides that the kitchen has everything you might need.

Great location, about 5 minutes from the old town. It's a bit of a climb on the way back, but wasn't a major issue. The view from the patio into the old town is also fantastic. The apartment itself was easy to find and spacious. The whole place was very clean aswell. I sent the host my arrival time beforehand and he was waiting for me at the apartment as promised. Very smooth check in after that. The WiFi was Solid. Fast enough to stream videos without buffering and the range reached everywhere in the apartment and even outside to the patio. The kitchen was well (mostly) very well stocked.

There were a lot of dust in the apartment, especially under the tables and around the cables. TV was not showing and host was not able to turn it on, although he even contacted the TV provider. Dishes, forks etc.was not too clean, although were washed.

Views from terrace were awesome overseeing old town. Host was nice.

the walk up to the apartment is quite the climb. Only book it if you are fit. MANY stairs but definitely worth it!!!

Really welcoming host. Outstanding views of Dubrovnik from a very comfortable balcony garden. We sat out here for our breakfasts and for a drink before we went out for dinner. Bed very comfortable. Aircon great. Bathroom spacious. Shower good too.

The shower was a little low so you may need to duck a little to use. It didn't bother me but may bother others.

Beautifully located apartment very close to old city walls. The owner was very friendly and everything you need is in the apartments it you want to do some self catering. The views are spectacular from the patio and there is a small and very well maintained garden.

Parking next to the road and carrying the baggages on a high traffic road was terrible.

The view to the old town is amazing. Host was very helpful and friendly even we have some difficulties with english.

Our stay was perfect. The welcome was very friendly and the apartment has everything that you need - even a washing machine. The view is breathtaking and the few stairs back from the old town are not a problem at all! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment.

The accommodation needs to go up the stairs. I did not mind. Dubrovnik includes the sea and stairs. If you want to know Dubrovnik, you have to walk around them. I definitely like to recommend this accommodation to others. Quiet yet authentic place. Elisabeth

The property needs some updating except the bathroom which has been done. I would have liked to have had it cleaner and with better furniture. As with all other experiences we have had on our trip, the place was freezing cold at night in April. The heater and one reverse aircon seem to not help this kind of cold much. I guess we are not used to it. Although the views were magnificent, you only get such views when you are high up. Unfortunately, the old town is at the bottom. Going down was easy. Coming back requires a certain fitness level. ;) Parking was on the highway (not dedicated) and it depends on your luck. We didn’t dare to take the car out for the day. The good thing was that the way from highway down to apartment was even with no steps cos it’s actually a little road. So you can drag your suitcase. Steps would have been way more difficult to climb with suitcases.

The view from the terrace and two bedrooms! Magnificent! Affordable accommodation.
