No fridge in room and bed was too soft but still great for the price.

Staff are very friendly especially Vladimir, location is close enough to old town only few euro in taxi (Bolt) or walk 25mins. Plenty of shops across the road.

The pool can be busy at times. It's supposed to be open til 10pm, but most times it gets closed before the 9pm. Recliners weren't of great quality. There was no salt, oil or teabags to be found.

Very clean, great location close to restaurants and shops. Plenty of free parking. The host was quick to answer all queries we've had. The kitchenette was nice to have with a hob, sink and a microwave. Great value for money.

There is a very busy road right next to the apartment so you will always hear cars. Being by the pool was a bit uncomfortable because of that.

Very nice rooms, there is a small community fridge and seating areas outside. The pool was great and even heated when it was too cold. Short car ride away from the old town. Supermarket very close by.

It was a 30-35 minute walk to get to the city center

It was pretty quiet at night, good for getting rest. There's a shopping center and an Interspar right nearby, so you can get everything you need.

The location is pretty busy with road traffic that runs right next to the building, so the swimming pool does not feel like a cozy place. In the bathroom, some hooks for the towels are needed as well as a floor mat and a mop. The water pressure in the shower is very weak, it is hard to take a shower like that. I had problems with my bed, the fixation slats in the middle was falling off and I did not feel safe as a heavy person, so I had to shift to the sofa.The property tried to fix it but with no success, they promised to fix it for good after I leave The general light in the room is very cold white, changing it to warm white would make it so much cozier in the evenings.

It is a good-sized studio with a kitchen, dining area, and a private bathroom. There is a warm swimming pool which is a great feature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, whenever I had problems or questions, Vladimir reacted quickly and very professionally, he is also a very nice person to talk to. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The mattresses were comfortable. The room was very clean.

The host, what a guy friendly funny and he gave us a lot of information about the aria. Large apartment with all the things you need, close to shops, inter Spar and washingmachine facilities in Zadar. We walked to the old city and dronk a coffee at the harbor. We took a sailingship and went to Kali. You can also take the bus to Zadar. Lost of special places to visit. I think we where the oldest visiting people. Most of the visitors where young 😜

Could have at least another 2-4 Sun beds for amount of apartments. Comforts like kettle and small fridge would in apt would be very helpful as basic comforts.

We loved these apartments and the gentleman at apartment was very friendly and welcoming. Vladimir picked us up from airport and picked us up for return flight. Nice walk into old town appro 20-30 minutes leisurely. Lots of supermarkets and shops close by. Wish there was at least a kettle and small fridge in room. Would certainly consider returning. Apartment was spotlessly clean.Pool was lovely and clean.

The apartments are a little far from old town making it hard to walk there but this is only minor.

The owner is absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, welcoming and very kind. We enjoyed the pool. Good location for supermarkets. Very clean and pleasant stay. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Not much to dislike but if I was to mention something, the kitchen could be stocked a bit better and the outside social area was a bit too close to our door. Not the big issues but the smell of the cigarettes wasn't pleasant.

it was 2 single beds pushed together so they kept moving apart during the night. there were only 4 sun loungers so the pool was often too busy.

the room was a good size. it was simple but comfy. there was a decent sized communal fridge and pool. location wise it was a short taxi ride from the old town, and next to a number of large supermarkets.

I think it's more of an issue with booking.com than the host but we didn't receive any information on codes for checking in. When we arrived the host thought we had already checked in so there was some confusion over rooms. There are multiple rooms that join onto each other next to a communal table. It became very loud during the evenings with other guests enjoying drinks etc. This also made it difficult to use the communal spaces during the day/evening. It wasn't a huge issue but would be difficult with young children. It's a good 25- 30 min walk into town. Parking is a huge issue in town so walking is almost a must.

The beds are really comfortable and the room was clean. The swimming pool is open for use all day and into the evening which is a fab addition.

All good, the apartament had all we needed and was cery clean and comfortable. The owner was cery nice to us. Parking is next to the building. Unfortunately we didn't have opportunity to use swimming pool as were whole day outside, but looked very nice and clean :) We can definitely recommend this place!

There are only 4 sun beds even though there are about 7 apartments. On the second day we got lucky and were the only ones by the pool but on the first day there were 3 groups by the pool so we were sitting on the floor. Vladimir is very helpful. Mr lulic however decided to come into our room without knocking and unlocked the door then walked through to the balcony where we were to talk to us and tell us not to bother Vladimir on the chat as we were asking if there are any more sunbeds. This was unexpected and quite worrying that he can access the room at anytime which made us feel a bit unsafe. However Vladimir is very professional and very helpful.

The property was very clean and well worth the cost.

Occasionally disturbed by noise from the road outside and people at the pool in the morning if your room is beside the pool.

Our host was really friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean, especially the pool. The beds were very comfortable and it was around €5 in an Uber to the old town or a 30 minute walk.

Nothing wrong with the apartments but we were two young girls and walking into the town had along of cat calling constantly so just to be aware
