Very good location 15 min walk from the centre, you have a peaceful place where you can read a book or can go for a swim very helpful host who provides everything we need if you wish to be away from the world this is your place. We used the fireplace to make a meal also there is a shop 5 minutes away that has fruits meat vegetables everything to make a beautiful breakfast or dinner that you can eat with a sea view. You can also eat in a restaurant which is 15 minutes away and you have plenty to choose from I recommend to try fresh fish as it is very tasty and the best I had so far. The Opposite is a small island that you can get there by boat taxi for 10€ both ways and I must tell you is worth it. We definitely coming back.

Basic facilities in room and outside kitchen area, but it is very reasonably priced. Other rooms had wonderful seaviews with pleasant outside seating areas.

Fantastic location, wonderful swimming straight off the little jetty and very nice sun lounger area. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant seaside walk into the town. Comfy bed and working air conditioning.

Note that it is a little walk (20 mins) into the town centre but it wasn’t a problem for us and the walk is nice along the seafront

Location was great, we walked into old town Hvar in about 20mins, and easily able to catch a Taxi back after dinner. The private swim spot is incredible, makes it well worth stay a little bit out of the main town. We spent a whole day lying on the sun beds and jumping in and out of the water. Absolutely incredible. The host Milan was a legend. There if we needed anything and gave us a great suggestion for an authentic dinner, he also rang and booked the restaurant for us. Could not recommend this stay any higher.

The apartments are low key and charming. Do not expect flashy bathrooms or high-end bedrooms, this is not a criticism just a point to note. It's the perfect spot for readers, nature lovers, swimmers and sun seekers. (Sunbed hire is between €20-40 per person per day along the main strip so the private beach with its plentiful & comfy loungers is a real bonus).

This place is ON the beach! 🏖️ It's super quiet and relaxing. The villas offer a mix of accommodation suited to guests looking to be slightly away from the main tourist centre but still within walking distance when you fancy it. The supermarket is a 6 mins walk so easy self catering in the lovely outdoor kitchen. To note, Hvar has lots of steps whatever you decide to do there, so make sure you're in reasonable shape before you go... I was definitely fitter on our return!

Unfortunatelly we didn’t have luck to book one of the apartments with the rustic-cosy design, but our room was decent and clean.

Location was stunning! Also all the garden and the place near to the water! Very cosy and chill design. Big plus for the opportunity to lay on the sun and take a bath. The room’s terrace view was amazing also! Very nice host!

Nothing really to put here besides maybe the neighbours' cat who litteraly took a seat at the table on the terrace. (Which I actually found quite funny but unfortunatly my partner is allergic to them :/ )

I shouldn't write this as I would like to keep this hidden piece of paradise for myself. With its stunning views, great location (secluded yet in walking distance of Hvar town) and comfort it is the perfect place for a romantic getaway on Hvar Island. Milan is a very welcoming and kind host, always available for any questions you could have.

The value and price come from the 5 stars location, view and private acess to the sea. The rooms are however more 3 stars quality. Some things could use some renovation.

Wonderful view onto the sea, direct private access (with the other guests) to the sea, great balcony with outside kitchen and dining table, air conditioning, short walk (5 to 10 minutes) through a tunnel to other beach with diving center, 10 minutes walk to restaurants and grocery shop, parking. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional view. The garden terraces right down to the water’s edge with plenty of different seating/sun lounging options with shade from fruit trees and awnings.

Great view from the terrace. Private water front with sun chairs was super for cooling swimming and relaxing. The other few guests where friendly and quiet so it was very relaxing. The bed we had was comfortable. Quiet area away from traffic and other noise. 20-25min walk to hvar port for us with some stairs here and there. Supermarket in walking distance. Spanish fortress really nice in walking distance though it is a bit of uphill, can also be reached by car. Parking right at the villa. Overall very relaxing with the ocasional walk to town for restaurants or music.
