Gorgeous building and pool, well equipped clean room with comfortable beds. Great location for walking to the beach and getting the bus to old town.

We used self check-in so we had initially no contact with staff nor owner (went very smooth btw). But this resulted in that we did not the know location of the pool and breakfast. Small sign or explanation in text would have helped. So with these minor improvement points, very happy with our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

I loved everything about my stay, from the warm welcome to the beautiful building that even smelled amazing. The room was spacious, with plenty of tea, coffee, and even chocolates, plus chilled water in the fridge. The shower was stunning, with the best shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used, and the soft, fluffy towels were a delight. The bed was so comfortable, and the view over the marina was absolutely gorgeous.

Ideal location between the Old Town (8mins bus) and Lapad (15 mins walk) with lots of restaurants nearby! Hosts are friendly and the room and pool very clean and quiet.

Lots of hills and stairs when out and about in dubrovnik, so be aware.

Imaculately clean, cleaned everyday. The host is so friendly and helpful, cannot do enough for you. Ideally placed to explore all parts of Dubrovnik. Lots of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. I cannot recommend thus highly enough.

I would have liked if the fridge was a little bigger.As there were no facilities to eat in the room,it meant eating out for breakfast,lunch and dinner making it expensive.With a bigger fridge it woulld have allowed to buy a few items in the supermarket.

The view was fantastic from the room. The room itself was nicely decorated and comfortable and pleanty big enough for two guests.

Spotlessly clean, quiet location and beautiful harbour views with the added bonus of a lovely pool. Our host and her husband were very welcoming and responded immediately when our room key failed to work. We'd come here again in a heartbeat.

Room was a bit small - bed, bathroom and closet were fine but one chair at a small desk a bit cramped for eating breakfast, writing or looking at maps.

Small place (4-6 rooms?) with very attentive owners. Fabulous private swimming pool in the back. Beds made and clean up every day. Good spot for exploring Lapad and it is on the #6 bus line for 15-20 minute access to old town. Overall more private and comfortable than a hotel

The in room coffee/tea was abit limited to instant coffee sashes. But if that's the only bad thing I can say about it that speaks alot.

Beautiful location, amazing air con. Restaurants and winery nearby. Quiet in room. Safe secure. So accessible, and quick taxi to old town.

Perfect location, the apartments look right onto the harbour. Beautiful view from our room. Lots of bars and resteraunts next to the apartment and only a 6 euro uber ride into the old town. Decor in the room was lovely rooms were very clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend. Lovely pool area although we didnt use it.

It was in a good location if you want any walk at night, very clean, comfortable, it had everything you need, nice view from the window, nice dekor with nice details. And a good choice comparing with what Dubrovnik offers but my experience was not in summer time.

While the hotel wasn’t noisy, earplugs are a must if you’re a light sleeper, as sounds from inside and outside of the building can be easily heard.

The hotel and room were clean and beautiful, making them perfect for our one-night stay in Dubrovnik. The bed was REALLY comfortable! It was also nice to go for a quick refreshing swim in the hotel pool. Our hostess/the hotel owner was lovely. :) Getting to the Old Town was easy, and if you’re too tired to walk, there are several bus routes nearby that go there. The hotel is also very close to the main bus station and harbor.

Pool is accessible to the side of neighbouring restaurant and has no toilet/ shower facilities. I had a late flight so after 11am check out, had to use the Marina Frape facilities across the road which was a nuisance.

Well appointed rooms overlooking the marina, very comfortable bed, fridge, safe, tea/ coffee making facilities. Very welcoming hosts, greeted on arrival late at night. Quiet scenic location close to many good restaurants, approx 7min walk to frequent bus to old town and 10 min walk to bus to Cavtat which comes every 30mins. Closest small shop is about 7 mins walk. 15 min walk in other direction takes you to Lapad promenade walk, restaurants and beach. Lovely quiet pool.

Beautiful location. Crisp clean white bed linen and cleaned everyday. Nice courtyard as advertised. Plenty of restaurants and bar close by if you didn’t want to venture back into Dubrovnik
