The variety of dinner is below the standard of 5 star hotels. We went to dinner before 9pm. The main food Calamari and a local desert were already gone and they cannot top up. While The dinner finishes at 10:30. The room facility of the toilet is not very good. The tap keep spraying out the water horizontally when it’s used. Not a big deal but not very convenient.

The location facing the sea is amazing! The outside pool view is beautiful. The value for money during April is superb. Staff are good. I especially appreciate the breakfast and buffet restaurant staff Zarena.

Due to time of year, the main outdoor pool was empty so could not be used.

The breakfast had a really good selection, hotel staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The spa and pool were nice and clean. Absolutely loved our stay.

The food was disappointing. The breakfast buffet wasn't very tasty and our lunches and dinners in the various restaurants were pretty average but expensive. I am sure this wonderful hotel can make a few changes that will guarantee a great food experience too!

The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The pool area right by the sea is stunning. The rooms are very comfortable. The gym is small but works. The people are very nice. And Dubrovnik is wonderful!

I loved everything honestly.

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. In addition, there is a bus that goes to Dubrovnik’s old town that stops directly in front of the hotel, which is super convenient (it’s the 4 bus). I really like that you can get breakfast as early as 6 am because this gives you enough time to eat in case you have an early tour. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options, too. The rooms have a great view of the sea, and they’re pristine and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

You need a bus to get to old town but it’s only 2 euro and picks you up at door. Only piano music in bar which was very nice but I would of liked some alternative entertainment.

The stunning view out of our balcony was unbelievable. The room immaculate and massive bed so comfortable. The hotel made our holiday as we couldn’t find anything to do in Dubrovnik. Hotel excellent for adults. As it was out of season only 1 outdoor pool was open but the indoor and the jacuzzis were more than enough. Staff excellent especially Rebecca. There are only so many times we you can walk around the old city and there were no shopping malls anywhere so we used the excellent facilities to the max and although every inch a 5 star there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for a weekend break. We jumped in the sea around by their diving centre balcony.

Unfortunately outdoor pool was closed for cleaning and repair during our stay. Some training issues amongst serving staff (though quickly resolved when we pointed it out.) The buffet dinner was a bit disappointing. Also there were two major corporate events during our stay, one of which had a very loud, late party.

Wonderful location with spectacular views from the balcony. Excellent leisure facilities. Housekeeping was also excellent - our room was spotless. Breakfasts were high standard. All staff were very friendly.

On the first night, there was a conference that lead to a late party. While the staff eventually resolved the situation, the initial response to my complaint at 1:30 am and the following morning could have been more prompt and effective. Thankfully, a manager addressed the issue and was incredibly attentive, ultimately resolving the problem.

This hotel truly capitalizes on its stunning location. Our room had a gorgeous sea view, and the same for all the on-site restaurants. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable

Not enough vegan options at breakfast. The gym is very small like it’s a “tick in the box” exercise. I’ve seen bigger home multi gyms. Not all the massage therapists are at the same level. The most experienced one is the Thai lady who does the “fine spine” which is excellent. The outdoor pool was out of action.

Excellent sea views. Good size indoor pool. Good views from the pool and hot tub area. Excellent piano players each evening from 8pm to 11pm. Danijel and Maro are both brilliant! Nice tennis court. Scuba diving was available with dive masters at the hotel and leaving and returning by boat directly from the hotel. Good steam room and sauna. The Massage by the Thai massage therapist for the “fine spine” treatment is excellent.

Lights in the room need to be placed in the right location and around mirrors. Room felt dark in the evening.
