Room was warm and after an open window filled the room with mosquitoes we learned our lesson. Very little variety in the buffet. Nothing outstanding in the restaurant.

Sauna area was amazing. Could be open later, though. 8 pm is early to close. Close to a beach and the snack bar was wonderful!

Pot hole at the entrance to hotel. Half the jets in the whirlpool don’t work, same in the main pool more than half the jets don’t work. Slippers provided are not ment for the pool. Spa/sauna rule aren’t respected, people using swimwear and not sitting on towels.

Food was good, kids funimation area was great.

A bitter surprise was that the only sauna in the spa was broken but luckily it has been repaired during our stay. A bigger selection at the buffet for vegetarians would be very welcome.

Very kind staff, especially we were very happy to have Ana at the reception desk who was very kind and helpful and made our holidays much nicer.

The pools were quite chilly when we were there. (September) It have been good to have the inside pool heated to make it more enjoyable to swim with children.

Family friendly resort. Very relaxed staff helped make for a very easy stay. The kids club always had interesting activities and our boys felt welcomed, safe and engaged. The hotel room was bigger than expected which was a real bonus. High quality of food prepared fresh in front of you. A great place to enjoy a family break.

The beach is a bit muddy compared to the crystal clear water in the rest of Croatia. There was an epidemic of gastric flu, and my 6yo son spent 1 night vomiting. I saw many other kids sick and talked to other guests who were sick. Lastly, the park is beautiful, BUT every night, youngsters would leave their mess behind, and no one would remove the trash in the morning.

Great location next to the beach, nice facilities, every day entertainment and kids club, good buffet, comfortable beds.

The main pool and slide were out of operation but after a few days was fixed.

-Drinks in all inclusive were very poor quality- they use very cheap alcohol. For better ones you had to pay. Was told from one there that the cocktails used to be done manually one by one (example mojito) but in June they started using ready ones with the machine... such a pity! - our refrigerator was not working. They did not manage to fix during our short stay... it was a prob for us as we could not store the milk or water for the night... We got a lower price in June compared to July. I would not choose this resort with July's prices.. if I have to spend that much would rather go for a place in Croatia where there is a beautiful beach as well. The beach here was nothing special and not that clean...

Overall was a good resort and we enjoyed time spent there. - The team of the kids club was very engaging with such a positive vibe. They were always organizing activities. They had a kids playroom so parents had the chance to relax a bit -Swimming pool - not huge but nice - Variety of food - Staff in general was nice

The meals at the snack bar are repetitive. Missing the good ice cream which was served in the years before. It's little bit overpriced. Unfortunately at half of the stay I got sick either from the sea water, pool water or food. I got the exact same sickness last year at the same hotel. I read it in the local news that some virus was found at the Borik sandy beach. Unfortunately the hotel staff didn't make us aware of this. Since it's the second year in row I got sick there, I assume there is a longterm problem at the location.

I liked the pool, sunbeds and sunshades in the garden. The sandy beach is easily accessible from the hotel garden. Very good breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the room at the top floor with an exceptional sea view. The staff has managed to fulfill my extra wish from the booking request. The seagulls at the hotel roof are funny.

Our vacation would have been better if not everyone in the family got sick. We saw many children also vomiting, obviously there is a problem with some virus in the hotel, or there is a problem with the cleanliness of the sea.. The hotel would have to do something about this!

Air conditioning didn't work - fixed only after the third complaint was made at the recepcion. One day the cleaning service did not come to our room at all and we had to request at least the towels and toilet paper at the recepcion. The room was full of spider nets.

No complaints except it was slightly annoying to have older boys running amok without anyone intervening. I feel like the lifeguard should have stepped in on several occasions to keep smaller kids safe.

Lovely property with so much for kids to do. Great location if you want to pop over to the beach. Drinks and food were good and staff was lovely.

Buffet was a the same things every day! Would have been good to have theme nights for dinner so there is variety in the food. The family rooms no longer have bunks so kids had to sleep in sofa bed together!

The hotel could do with some maintenance. And there was no ice cream at the premises during the day.

I loved the animation and that the sea is really close to the hotel. Snack bar during the day is also great! We asked to get a room with balcony and they actually gave us an upgrade because they didn't have any left; on the images of our initial room there was a balcony but not all rooms had it.
