It would assist if there was a pre-arrival email or one clear message with instructions. A friendly indication of who the message is from would also help. I also had issues paying. Please take note of the options when booking because if you don’t pay in advance, there are no card facilities so you will need cash (and ATM facilities have a crazy mark up) or bank transfer (from an Australian bank account, it wasn’t a simple process).

Great little place for a few nights - clean studio with some basic food/coffee supplies for your arrival. Location is in a quiet residential building a few blocks away from the beach and old town.

A very clean and well maintained apartment, located on a quiet street. It is very close to the port, from where you can take the boat to visit the surrounding islands. It is also close to the old town and Diocletian's Palace. The host is a nice person.

The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator access.

We were within walking distance of the harbor, the beach and shops. The place is amazing. Matea really did a great job with furnishing the apartment.

no lift so carrying suitcase up 3 flights of stairs was a little tough but in the grand scheme everything else was perfect.

We didn’t mind too much but it’s on the third floor so up quite a lot of stairs.

Cutting knife is dull and cutting board is very small. Could use a replacement.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, the (small) city, restaurants, bars and historical sites. I felt safe walking around on my own, the apartment was spotless, the fridge stocked with breakfast which was unexpected! The host was a great help before I arrived and during my stay. Definitely get in touch with her if you have any questions.

We had to struggle a bit to find apartment as we arrived in car with luggage and didnt find any place to park initially.

The apartment was really charming and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was within a walking distance from old town in a safe residential area. There is free street parking available. However sometimes it can be full. There is paid parking too nearby, just in case. We had a little difficulty in finding the apartment, but eventually found it with the help of the host. The host prepared and left the breakfast for us in the room. We will recommend this accomodation to everyone.

The shower drainage a little clogged.
