We were 3 persons in one room, if third person is adult he/ she will suffer a little bit on small bed. For child it will be okay.

It is 4 star hotel, there are alot of them. But food in that hotel is decadence, absolutely huge variety of food and very tasty. Sandy beach is close , pool is also nice, everyone is polite. You go here if you enjoy excellent food!

We really had to search for things we didn´t like and we didn´t find anything easily. The hotel is simply too good. There are three very minor things that were not perfect but that didn´t bother us: 1. there are only two very slow moving elevators so we took the stairs more often than not. 2. the parking lot is way too small for the property which we took as a comedy and a challenge but if you´re not good at parking the lot can be a challenge. 3. the kids entertainment is directly underneath the dinner terrace so you hear the animation while at dinner (not too loud, though). Again, we were not bothered but if you´re bothered by kids noice you would be. So - VERY minor things where we would see room for improvement.

It´s hard to write what you like if you like everything. Entering the lobby for the first time you see the medieval city of Rab across the water through huge windows. It´s one of the best hotel-lobby-views EVER. The room was very modern, very clean and with the same view as from the lobby, just a couple floors up. The staff is way beyond friendly and they must all speak 4-5 languages each. No one seemed to have a problem with Italian, English, German. Breakfast and Dinner are superb experiences, everything is fresh with local ingredients and a very good variety which changes everyday for dinner. Everything is modern and clean, we booked a massage which was perfect and I could go on and on forever. The hotel is a great choice for families with kids and still a very good choice when you´re traveling without little children.

The water in the swimming pool would be much better, if people would shower before entering the pool! That is why there should be more showers and some notices about showering before entering the pool!

Room was pretty hot. One waiter seemed angry because I changed a drink order - I realised water and soft drinks are free at the food counters, so I cancelled the water for the kid. He said 'but it's better water!' and was upset, but finally changed the order. Staff generally friendly though. The food was a big selection, but often too cold or overcooked, hard to find anything really nice. The sauna area is not free, only the pool. Only one lift was working, which was strange in such a massive hotel. October is too cold to swim outside FYI.

The location is good, across the water from the old Rab town, which is very nice. And very quiet in October. The special coffee and fresh orange juice card was nice, so you can get one of each per breakfast. After that one good coffee (from a proper espresso machine) you have to drink the filter stuff.

Parking slots are a bit tight and the parking was sometimes full. Additionally, the chairs on the restaurant's terrace made a terrible noise when people stood up, I believe the hotel should fix this somehow as it was really disturbing.

Nice view on the old town, the location was perfect. Meals were delicious and the staff was really friendly, we'd choose the same hotel next time.

1)They are saying “beach in front” but in reality there is a concrete platform, beach is another thing. 2)Parking area was not sufficient large to park all the cars, sometimes you have to park outside the structure along the way

The room was very small and in the pictures we have seen that there is 2 beds in the room but that was just a mirror and this was a big unfortunate for us!!

The staff were very friendly and the city is 3 minutes with a boat. I would highly recommend this Hotel for families with children.

There are no separated smoking areas in the restaurant and around the pool.

Two person of the staff deserve to be named as their hospitality and kindness were tremendous: Mora from the animators and Demijan the waiter.

Rooms are rather small, outdoor swimming pool is quite small as well. I booked late, thus I paid 30-50% more.

An excellent hotel for family vacation. New and modern facilities, ver nice and good equipped room, excellent balcony. The food was excellent - super, super, super! Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, nice sun-beds, the sea is just in front of the hotel. I recommend it with no hesitation!

When we checked out of the hotel, we asked the receptionist to leave the car in the parking lot for 1 hour because the kids wanted to take a short swim in the sea, outside the hotel. the receptionist turned us down claiming that new guests were coming and that there was no space in the parking lot. after our insistence, she allowed. it was 11 a.m. and new guests were arriving at 2 p.m. The hotel's website clearly states that check-in is at 2 p.m. When we returned to the parking lot, around 1pm, there were 15 places available. We think that she should have satisfied us without discussion. In other hotels across Europe they allowed us to stay in the parking few hours.

The food was great, delicious and varied. The staff at the restaurant are friendly. Swimming pool was great. There is plenty of fun for the kids. The sea is in front of the hotel. Rooms tidy and clean.
