AustraliaCan’t think of a thing- maybe just the stairs to get up and down to our room but honestly with all the food I had on holiday, needed the steps!
The property itself was just a masterpiece in renovation & design in the old city setting. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely loved our balcony looking out over the rooftops of Rovinj to the sea and the cathedral. The hospitality and service were second to none and all the staff were excellent and treated us so well. Breakfast was incredible as was the dinner menu. Couldn’t rate more highly!

Beautiful property, clean, beautifully decorated. The room we stayed in was at the top of the property with a sea view terrace, it was stunning. There were 29 steps up to this room not a problem for us. The air conditioning was the best at this property I have experienced. Location was central, perfect. Breakfast was a mix of continental or something cooked fresh. Staff went above and beyond, they are certainly attentive, from the welcome drink/chocolate, to the room being ready early, special mention to those at breakfast particularly the young lady who served us every day and Marco who organised our transfer. The staff here have a subtle attention to detail, clearly working as a team which makes your stay easy and seemless, thank you for a great holiday.

This is such a cool/unique hotel conveniently located in Rovinj. We loved the old historic building, with incredibly kind and accommodating staff. We rented a car, and parking was easy. We let them know once we arrived and they showed us where to park and brought us to our room with our luggage in a golf cart. The welcome champagne and chocolate were a really nice touch, and we loved the daily cookies they brought to the room, as well as the complimentary water, tea and Nespresso. Breakfast was very good with fresh, local foods and made to order eggs. Awesome hotel, perfect location in Rovinj, would highly recommend.

The Spirito is located in a quiet yet central location. You don’t have to walk but a few minutes to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable.

United KingdomNot much - the bathroom was slightly small but we managed and I would imagine that if you were slightly immobile or physically challenged the amount of steps in the hotel might be a struggle as there are lots of them!
From first arrival the reception was excellent - a complimentary glass of wine and chocolate, shown to our lovely room. It was not very big but was beautifully fitted out and very clean. The whole hotel was a surprise as it was very quirky and historic in its core structure. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was excellent and the waitress who served us everyday was very friendly. The location of the hotel is also perfect as it is directly off the main old town and one can easily walk to restaurants, the harbour area and historic peninsula with beautiful sunsets!
