The apartment might be a bit small to some, and there are a lot of steps to get up to it, but this is part and parcel of Dubrovnik's Old Town, so I wouldn't really consider them negatives.

My partner and I had a fantastic three days in Dubrovnik, thanks in no small part to Gregor and this beautiful little apartment, which is a 5 minute walk from literally everywhere in the Old Town. We had to check in very late due to a delayed flight, but it was no problem for Gregor, who checked us in and gave us some excellent tips on where to swim and eat nearby. He welcomed us like a friend and was a highlight of our trip.

The property is in a well refurbished 1000+ years old building. The location was excellent, amenities were sufficient and our host Greg was stellar. He welcomed us with great hospitality and gave some key tips. He is such a pleasant person to talk to.

No joke about the stairs. Quite a few upto property. The shower leaks no matter which way you close the door. Only two towels provided and no toiletries. Bed super was super firm

There are stairs to get there from outside the city wall but if you have large luggage there is a porter service available. Let the host know.

Amazing location in the old walled city and close to the major square and tons of good restaurants. The building is stone and constructed when most historic buildings were . Our unit was on the second floor with kitchen and bedroom. Everything has been modernized with quality fixtures and craftsmanship. The host was a huge help.

Nothing really. On stairs/steps, there is only one flight of stairs to the apartment, so not a big deal. The rest is actually old city steps that anyone staying in this area would need to cope with. This part of Dubrovnik is not really suitable for those with walking difficulties or kids in buggies.

Great location, few mins from key old town attractions, few mins from the 2 beaches, one is swimming from the rocks so only for the strong swimmers. Nicely decorated, clean, good size for 2 but can sleep 3 with an airbed, basic kitchenette is a bonus. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Would recommend.

This is such a cute little apartment in the heart of the old town, we got so lucky to find it! Everything in the apartment was spotless and it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The shower also deserves a mention - best shower i've ever used! The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and helped us with anything we needed, provided very good recommendations for restaurants.

We liked everything :) Just a note for those with disabilities: there are some stairs to navigate both to the apartment and within the building to the room, which are narrow.

When traveling to Dubrovnik, you cannot avoid the a lot of stairs. Please keep in mind that carrying a heavy luggage could be very challenging, especially during the summer.

The host warmly welcomed us, and having the air-conditioned room on an extremely hot day made us very happy. The place was very clean, and she recommended various viewpoints and restaurants to us.

Lovely apartment. 5-10 min walk to anything in the old town. Greg, the owner, checked us in and gave us some great recommendations and a bit of history. He also let us check out late on our final day, which meant we had a lovely, relaxed day before flying home. 😀 Definitely recommend.

Greg is the best host we have ever had. He is so lovely and friendly we felt right at home and he gave so much great advice. He really made our trip, he seems like such a lovely person. The studio itself is so high spec lovely lighting and perfectly set up. It was spotlessly clean and immaculate. It has everything you need and is the perfect size for two. The location is brilliant you are right next to everything you need - you can even see the walls from the window. Couldn't have asked for better.

Knowing how many steps there are to reach the apartment may have made me reconsider my luggage choice as there are a lot of steps up to it. The bathroom towels are a little thin and it would have been a personal preference to have had larger mugs rather than small glass cups for tea.

The apartment is in a great location in the old town of Dubrovnik, it's quietly tucked away from main street noise and easy to find. It was very clean and reasonably well-equipped for our short two-night stay. The little balcony from the bedroom was a nice feature. Good quality fixtures, fittings and appliances have been installed. Ms Zita who arrived to let us is was very nice and helpful showing us places to go during our stay.
