Our stay at Villa Artemis was perfect! The house is impeccably clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The location is ideal – just a short drive to Plitvice Lakes and other attractions. Katarina and Nikola are wonderful hosts – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Modern, new and comfortable room in this private villa, with a separate entrance for the tenants. The location was very quiet, with good airco and window shutters that made it pitchblack inside for the night. The comfortable matress gave us a great night sleep after walking 17km inside Plitvice Nat’l park. The park is a 10 minute drive away, and the owner will gladly give you advice on entrance tickets and which route to walk. Although Artemis does not provide breakfast or food, there are several good options nearby: bakery, pizzeria (with morning coffee), restaurants, or the hotel for breakfast. We also had a bottle of chilled white wine that we enjoyed on our outside terrace at Artemis.

Nothing - wish we had stay longer!

Just got home after staying. What an amazing place. Wonderful hosts and in a great location, surround by wonderful views. Great location to visit the national park. We were here a couple of days and loved the room, loads of space, huge bed, great shower and parking right outside. Kitchen has everything you will need and even a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee!

This is a beautiful apartment in peaceful countryside in a quiet no through road in Grabovac. Exactly as photos showed - very spacious, well equiped and clean. We loved the countryside view from the balcony each morning and the evening sunsets. We awoke to just the sounds of bird song. Fantastic communication with the hosts Nikola and Katarina. We really appreciated the early check-in and the welcome beer and soft drink. Located only 10 minutes drive from entrance 1 Plitvice Lakes National Park. We highly recommend Villa Artemis

Lovely hosts. Very helpful. The location is magnificent. A short drive wherever. 5 min to the restaurants and shops...25 to Plitvice Lakes. We saw a deer in the early morning roaming around....the surroundings are breathtaking. We highly recommend.

Loved everything about Villa Artemis.

Villa Artemis is fabulous. It's stylish, spacious, cosy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable to live in. We've been traveling for 9 months and stayed in 20 plus different accommodations - the bed at Villa Artemis is the most comfortable we've experienced. We'd like the same bed for our home. We were met by Nikolas who was extremely helpful and caring. He welcomed us and showed us around the apartment and was also present to say goodbye and answer questions. The location of the apartment is beautiful - in a village a short distance from Plitvice Lakes, which are also exceptionally beautiful. We had lovely views of the surrounding countryside from the villa's windows and yet we were minutes from a local supermarket, petrol station and other shops - bar, pizzza etc. The apartment and Plitvice Lakes are in a stunning part of the world. We highly recommend Villa Artemis and a visit to this area. Thank you Nikolas for your hospitality and for happily answering our questions.

There is nothing that could have been better about our stay. It was perfect.

Nikola met us upon arrival and told us about the area, the house, tips for how to visit Plitvice, etc. He then gave us a tour of our apartment and made sure all our questions were answered. He made it clear how to contact him if we needed anything. The apartment itself was so clean and new I asked him if we were his first guests (we were not). It's not a big space but it was perfect for a couple, and had everything we needed. It's located about 10 minutes from the Gate #1 entrance to Plitvice and it's an easy drive. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. In short, there was nothing about this stay that was not superb - we loved every aspect of it.

There are other properties closer to the entrance but it's still only about a 10 min drive to entrance 1 which was fine for us.

Most comfortable mattress ever! Despite getting up super early to head to the park we slept like babies. Nikola was responsive and helpful during our short stay.

It was perfect!

We rented all units at one time for a family trip. We loved the hospitality of the family that owns this place - they were so kind and welcoming. Parking was easy, the building was new and spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking breakfast. We even had a few sodas and waiting in the fridge for us. The location was excellent- 10 minutes from the Plitvice park, easy for early entrance to the park. We also liked the restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Perfect for a family group trip!

The perfect spot for our visit to Plitivce Lakes national park. Our room was extremely clean and spacious and modern. Hosts were very kind and made check in/out very easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the park, was only about 10-15 drive to lakes. Overall we had a great stay and would love to visit this property again!!

The Villa was amazing! We had two rooms and both were excellent. Very clean, kind hosts, beautiful towels and welcome pack was a nice touch. Kitchens had everything you could possible need, very well equipped. Very close to Plitvice. Would definately recommend a stay here. Book without hesitation!
