The noise from the neighbors above is not soundproof and quite loud. To fix this, I suggest putting small pads on the table and chair legs so when guests drag them on the floor, it will not make noise.

Wonderful apartment in a good location with great views of the city and seas. The unit is large, spacious and full of sunlight. Do not forget to go in the basement and enjoy the games room. Billiards, ping pong, foozeball. That made the stay even more fun.

Just two small things, we found the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for a week and the jacuzzi/small portion of the swimming pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it.

The facilities are great and property very well equipped. Everyone felt very welcoming.

There was a problem with ants, but the staff coped brilliantly. The central air conditioning worked perfectly, but I prefer to sleep with the windows open, and the property lacked insect screens. That's the only tiny drawback.

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at Villa Tadić, and it was an unforgettable stay. The property is situated in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the interior decor creates a unique atmosphere. All the windows have net curtains for privacy, but the bedrooms do not have proper curtains that meet in the middle and cover the bedroom window. The material they are made of is not thick enough either. The 'curtains' are for decorative purposes only. The sun was coming up at around 5.30am. Luckily we took sleep masks but the bedrooms are still incredibly bright very early in the morning. Maybe 'proper curtains' are not common in Croatia? The wifi is a bit patchy. The older, pretty part of Zadar is approx 50 mins walk away. We managed using Ubers which were cheap and easy to organise. We also used Uber for our airport transfer. There isn't much in the immediate area of the apartment that is very pretty, but the apartment does have a good hilltop view of the area and the sea. A few nights were disturbed by a nearby villa having loud parties into the night but that obviously isn't the fault of Villa Tadic.

The building is modern, and the apartment is spacious with good quality fixtures and fittings. They provide plenty of towels, as well as robes and even some small toiletries like shampoo etc like a hotel. There were also some drinks in the fridge when we arrived which was very welcome, it was very hot. There is a small capacity washing machine and a dishwasher with some tablets provided for both. The air con works well. The bedrooms are fairly large with good beds. The pool area is clean and tidy with seating, sunbeds and large umbrellas. The cleaning lady cleans the shared areas every day, (she doesn't clean in your apartment during your stay) She's very good and also helpful. We communicated via Google translate. There is a Spar medium sized supermarket about 15 walk away.

Nothing really, it’s a bit further out but that means your get great views and was never more than 6 euro in a taxi to the main bit.

This villa was totally stunning. Great for adults and kids - the pool was excellent our terrace from the rooms was amazing and the kids loved the pool. Great views too.

The internet was very slow.

The property is amazing ; the pool is so clean and my children loved it. The place was very quiet until the last night when some people moved in and decided to make noise all night! However the apartment was very clean and spacious.

Amazing. The pool. We didn’t even wanted to go to the beach because the place was amazing. It’s very modern,clean, all the necessary amenities, extra towels for the pool, free parking, really nice rooms, table tennis and 8- pool table, really nice owner.

It was far from Zadar centre, you need uber! Also book Uber for airport transfer we got ripped off not booking and not realising Uber was about. Saved 30 euros using Uber on way back. It’s quite far too from any shops the nearest is about 20 minute walk away but it’s down / back up a very steep hill so worth having a car or using Uber. We walked into the centre it took 46 - 48 minutes we did it a few times it was harder coming back up the hill. Everywhere tends to close too around midnight (don’t know if this is out of peak season) so it’s worth grabbing bits from airport before heading to apartment if you have a late flight. As there’s nowhere around to get it from. The hosts were very kind and left beers, water and juice which was lovely to find in the fridge after a long day. The pool around the sides of the pool could do with a clean there was quite a lot of mould but other than that apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy! Very modern.

The property is immaculate; the pool area is so lovely and very quiet. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It felt very private. Very clean and comfy beds. Shower was really big too the size of the whole apartment and balcony were exceptional really big. Pool added bonus when it’s hot. The views are to die for can see for miles and miles you never get bored sat in the egg chair. Huge roof terrace too where you can see even more of the views. Loads of sun-beds around pool don’t need to be up early and the host provides pool towels daily Good communication with host before however didn’t see the host during or on check out. Felt strange not leaving keys with a reception or someone on check out. Not a problem not seeing the host just a bit wary on check in and and check out leaving keys around. Would be good if someone met you.

The details on booking.com said that we would be met at the property. We had arranged a time between 22:00 and 23:00 to coincide with our flight. We rang to say when we were on our way. We were then told that the key would be in the door but the person on the end of the phone didn't seem to know which apartment we had been allocated. Once we got there there wasn't anybody to show us around the apartment. I believe the property details said there was adequate parking for the apartments and guests. Not the case there was only 4 places for parking and 5 apartments! The Pool was a let down. It was dirty. Even though there was an automatic hoover it did not clean the corners or any of the area around the ladder leading to the Jacuzzi. These area were very dirty. The plus sockets in the kitchen impractical and inadequate - 1 socket for kettle/toaster and coffee machine! Broken tower rail in shower room - mentioned but nothing done about it. Some of the wardrobe catches were inoperative. Cupboard under sink in shower room not closing correctly. Building sites to north and south.

Superficially the apartment was very good, clean with adequate content. Superb view to the west.

Absolutely no complaints as we are happy to be self contained, but communication with owner was slow once we were there, and a welcome pack with details of bin point, local area etc would be helpful for guests, Village Tadic apartment tenants were all respectful but lots of noise from the adjacent villa into the early hours 3 or 4 nights, minor points otherwise it would be a 10/10 throughout ... would highly recommend a stay here..

Stunning property in the perfect location for Zadar and airport, very comfortable, had everything we needed, beds were huge and super comfy, the egg chair was a nice addition to chill on the balcony with a book, pool towels fresh everyday and everywhere was spotlessly clean.
