The apartments we rented were described as ground floor but are actually located in the basement and are very dark. The cold water was barely running in the bathroom. It was impossible to park there.

If you were by yourself finding the place in day is better as at night the last 200m or so is quite dark and quiet. It's residential area and did not feel uncomfortable. Our apt was semi basement so windows looked at pavement around windows. Ok for short stay and also still pretty good value for money.

Good accommodation, well equipped, very clean, everything worked. We had asked in advance for sofa bed to be made up and for someone to be at reception 9.30pm, and they did that. We were able to leave some luggage.

Very small room, but good enough for 1 night

Very good and quiet location in the well renovated villa, with a private small garden. 20-25 min. walk to the old town of Split, 5-10 min. drive to the ferry. Very helpful personal - has provided a lot of practical information and recommendation for our trip, including drink & food for reasonable price. Limited parking lot, but free parking zone on the street

The door to one of the rooms was broken and difficult to open, it was a little dark in the rooms even in the middle of the day

In the Booking ad it said there was parking, once we arrived found that parking was available but for an extra fee.

The room was in a peaceful neighborhood and we slept very well. It was also easy to walk on foot to all the activities and sites in the area.There are lots of restaurants and markets close by. The owner provided us with a map and told of some good spots to visit.

I can honestly say I did not dislike my stay. Apart from the misunderstanding with the breakfast, all was good. I would definitely recommend this place as a good base to stay for Split.

I was not told that breakfast would not be at Villa Vice and we had to go to another hotel, therefore I missed the breakfast on the first day. However, once I found where the breakfast was being held, all was good.

The bathroom was very small

Good location, the room was very clean & comfortable. Nice to have access out onto a shared terrace. The owners were in regular and fast communication in the lead up to our stay which was great.

It would be nice for all the rooms to have kettles - not a problem for us as we shared but I imagine it would be handy if you just booked one room.

We travelled as a group of 13 friends and this was a great place for our holiday! We had a whole floor to ourselves which was perfect for us, and the rooms were a good size for relaxing and socialising. I loved the feature that meant we could add extra beds to a room if we needed - really helpful flexibility for planning group trips. The location was great - a 15-minute walk to the town centre and about 10 minutes away from the sea. There's a small supermarket around 5 minutes away and a larger one 10 minutes away, and the apartments had basic cooking facilities (a couple of hobs, a microwave and a kettle). The air con in the rooms worked well which was welcome in August. We were really happy with the price for the location and time of year. And Jelena was super helpful and communicative!

A little bit closer to the center would have been nice perhaps, but the distance was not too bad. 10 minute walk.

The host was very welcoming; she gave us the most luxurious room our first two nights, that was actually twice the price we paid, just because it was our honeymoon. Also, she received our lost luggage from the airport and she was so kind to move our suitcases to our new room on day three, while we were away on a day long boat trip to the islands. All in all very very much recommended

Good sized room with a view over the garden, Everything was clean and well maintained. A quite location but within 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach or the city centre. It met our needs perfectly.

It was quite far from the centre, a 15-20 min walk, it depends what type of trip you want, if you want to be in the centre of the action it might not be for you but it was a gorgeous place!

Property was beautiful, quiet, good air conditioning and view. Owners live below and are helpful.
