Cold room, heating wasn't working. Frankly, after using wellness in October, cold room not so cool stuff

Environment was brilliant, green green and green. Ambient was pretty stylish and cozy. Silence and peaceful area. Breakfast really fresh and tasty, and always smiling and welcoming personnel. Overall can recommend the place 😊

Cozy quiet calm place. It is so relaxing! And as a bonus, I really enjoy walking around the territory. They have a park and a pond. The last one is almost unmaintained, but picturesque. I do not know how is the stay there during the winter, but in summer it is a beautiful place!

Everything was fine, beautiful environment, nice park with a lake etc. but the recepcionist was not in her best shape when we arrived, except of this, the hotel was fabulous.

Our suite was huge but not very comfortable, massive bathroom but no place to leave my stuff (cosmetics etc.) No hooks for towels, tiny shower cabin ! Lots of empty spaces, the whole hotel has a cold atmosphere, a bit snobbish may be. :)

Fantastic pool area and gardens, hot pool inside (cold outside) very nice lobby and restaurant is good (not really my style tho) The location is good for travellers like us, right next to highway, a bit of off-road to reach it. Very quiet

The breakfast did not have many options and there's not a lot to do on the grounds. The dinner is quite expensive as well.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, especially the dining area. The indoor pool area although not big, is very nice. The room and bathroom was very big and also nicely decorated and very clean. The dinner we had was good, with a lot of options.

We expected a higher level of English from the staff members. The hotel is nearby Budapest and only the Front Office people were able to speak English on a sufficient level. The staff in the F&B and wellness just spoke a few basic English words. To have a conversation with them was not possible.

Very large area, Entrance only for guests. Ultra quiet, cozy place. Water, pines, hares)). Super breakfast. 30 minutes to the airport. Too little time was spent to enjoy the atmosphere of this place.

I feel like there are lot of things to do, but none of them in a good quality, like: - there's a Jacuzzi, but the water is cold - There are 2 darts boards, but they are broken, and also so bad quality that the darts don't stay in the board - there are table tennis equipments, but with so low quality balls that you literally can't play with them - There are 2 pool tables, but they are small size, and with bad quality cues.

Room isolation. We were in room 29 which is the last room in the hall and the one which is closest to the entrance to the wellness. Which means, that we heard every single guest which went to wellness. Also, we could hear the drier working after closing hours. The room was ok, but the toilet didn't have enough hangers to hang the wet bathrobes and towels after the shower. The shower is fixed to the wall so it is difficult to keep the hair dry when you don't want to wash it(ok, you can put shower caps). Even the wellness has 4 saunas, only one was working all the time and you could ask from them to turn one another one. Also, one jacuzzi was not working and during 5 days of our stay the lights inside the indoor pool was off for 3 days and when they are turned off the pool looks poor.

Overall, the concept of the hotel is good and it is beautiful, located in the woods, separated from the surroundings. It has everything, indoor and outdoor pools, two jacuzzis and 4 saunas with a beautiful garden, also, located near the highway.

When we arrived the rooms' temperature was very low.We informed the lady from the reception,who promissed to solve the problem.After having lunch in the hotel,we went to our rooms where we found the same situation - very cold. We spoke again to the lady from the reception,who was very arrogant and told us she couldn't do anything ! When we informed her we would go to another hotel,she admitted we were the only tourists and,probably,this was the reason for which they didn't start the heating. It's the first time in our lives when we left a hotel,but it was practically impossible to sleep in the rooms ! When we left,the lady from the reception did not have the common sense to appologise about the situation !

Cleaning was disappointing. Two times no clean towels, bed not made up, washbasin not cleaned, spiderweb hanging from the ceiling. No clean glasses in the room several nights. Mouldy tiles in the bathroom. Files dancing on my breakfast. One evening my baby son wasn't able to take a bath because there was no warm water at 9pm on the room, and they couldn't sort it out until 11 pm. Infra saunas turned off (allegedly out of order). 2k huf service charge for handing me a bottle of wine. Also, service charge counted for buffet style dinner where you have to serve yourself. The "workout" area is extremely disappointing with non operational, rusty machines. Mattress and pillows are not great.

Beautiful location, lots of potential in the hotel. Close to the motorway so quick access to the capital. Nice pool and jacuzzi, it's a pity that the jacuzzi is outdoor only.
