The only let down was the showers, pressure was bad, the shower heads were both very bad pressure wise but looked gorgeous and the hot water didn’t last to even have a quick was for one person so not sufficient boiler size for an apartment that hosts 6/7 people.

We couldn't well lock the windows (locks are old and damaged) so the parties down on the street were well heard at night, the drain in bathroom was barely working and some of the furniture were old and broken.

I really enjoyed the location, it was close to all the attractions and well communicated. Also communication with the owners, was perfect, I received an answer to all my questions very quickly.

the sensitiveness of walls, the neighbor from downstairs was complaining on our steps and noise but we had late checkin/out and we’re just talking with no music or extra noise so do no recommend this place if you plan to move throughout apartment after 9 pm

First, we paid 25 euros per day for parking but on the third night somebody else parked in our spot and we had to take the car somewhere else. The owner said is nothing he can do as he does not have control over who parks there. Well, I should have been informed about this when he took my money. The internet never worked during our stay. The tap from the bathroom was leaking.

The residence is in the town centre, is very easy to reach by foot all the important atractions. Location is quiet and resonably clean. Overall a good stay but not sure I would return here.

The location is on a very busy street with a lot of bars, there can be a lot of noise in the evening from the street. The airconditioning was broken when we arrived. It was fixed the next day but it was working very poorly and didn't actualy cool the apartment down.

It is a very nice apartment on a central location. There is more than enough space and a well equiped kitchen. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It could have done with a deep clean. One bedroom led from another although we didn't need to use 3rd bedroom. Glass door on shower room which leads into lounge.

Very well located with coffee shops nearby for breakfast. Apartment very spacious with large rooms. Secure building.

It did not look like the photos - there were lots of flies when we got in. The air con vent was making a loud noise in one of the rooms so we had to turn it off so people could sleep and it was 30 degree heat. It was also very noisy at night.

we booked two apartments that were supposed to be in the same location and it wasn’t the case. one of the apartments was so much worst than the pictures and when we asked for a change to the one I booked, they answered me it was far away from the other...

On the day of check-in, the host reported force majeure had happened and the apartment I had booked was flooded by the previous tenant. The host quickly suggested another option, which I had to accept. It is located almost in the same place as the original apartment, but at the same time it looks much cheaper than the one I paid for: - old communications and furniture - there was not a table where 6 people could be accommodated (although the provided apartment "is for 8 people") - I paid for 115 sq.m., but got 79 sq.m. (I found the provided apartment on booking.com) - 1 bathroom instead of 2 - empty kitchen instead of equipped one After check-out the host predictably stopped responding. Do not recommend this option! I'm not even sure the specified apartment even exists. For the money I paid I received a waaay cheaper option.

Everything is vague: you rent in one address, you end up in another, parking is not in the same building, access to our apartment was like a maze of elevator-stairs-door. The apartment is in great need of renovation, being a transformed old attic, the heating system is not good enough and from 3 ACs, only one was actually working, the rest were barely making an warm air-we’ve notified the hoat, nothing happened. The bathrooms were dirty and the furniture in very bad condition. Forks and plates were dirty. The only advantage is the location. I do not recommend it for families with small children.

My one complaint is that the washing machine did not work.

The apartment was comfortable, in an ideal location, and was the perfect size for our party. Check in was easy, and the host was very good about communicating with us.
