Location is perfect for Baja, the centre of town. The staff was very nice and friendly. Classic Central European breakfast.

The rooms and the hotel as a whole is a bit outdated, the back garden was a mess, it's not a good sight from the room.

The location was perfect and the size of the room was great with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The hotel staff was nice and helpful.

Not many options for breakfast, but there was just a few guests that day, so no complaints.

The breakfast was okay, but for a 4-star hotel not quite what I would expect. The TV in my room had many channels but hardly any international ones. Obviously, not the end of the world, but surprising for an otherwise nice hotel.

My room was great, freshly renovated, exactly as advertised. The bathroom was a bit weird as it had glass walls all around, providing no privacy. As it was a solo stay, it wasn’t an issue, but it might be weird even for couples. Otherwise, everything was fine and spotlessly clean.

Nice hotel in central location, right off the Euro Velo 6 bike path. Securely stored our bikes. Assisted us with getting ferry information.

Receptionist was very unhelpful when we arrived. Would have scored 10 otherwise. We were 2 single blokes and booked a family room advertised as a double plus extra bed. When we arrived we were told that’s only for 3 people and refused to make up the extra bed. We solved the problem by finding the unlocked linen cupboard- such a ridiculous situation

Spa was excellent- sauna, jacuzzi, steam room . Very good breakfast. Big rooms. Brilliant location

The caffe maker prepares a very "short" and weak caffe for breakfast.

Facilities are a little tired and the shower did not work properly. But it was clean and comfortable otherwise.

In our way through, so just spent the night. Smoke free parking upfront, right next to the river with good views from our room. The room itself was spacious.

Really nice hotel right in the centre of the city. Arrived by motorcycle & the lady opened the rear gates so I could park in the hotel grounds. Excellent. Reception staff do helpful & friendly. Nice big room with lovely modern bathroom and separate table and chairs to sit at. Hotel has a small swimming pool and all the facilities needed for a wellness centre. Breakfast was plentiful & varied. Great place.

The bed could have been better. A kettle in the room nowadays standard to be able to make coffee or tea. I hope they will buy, it would not break the bank.

No air conditioning during spring, they say they activate it in Summer, but spring was 27 Celsius already so we had no choice than to leave the windows open and there were people speaking in the night outside so we could not sleep. water from the tap was dark, we asked if that is normal, they said no, but did not compensate or apologize or come to check, they just said they will tell the maintenance guy.

A little bit weak water stream in the bathroom

Very good location in the city center at the river bank. Fabulous river view. Good internet connection. Good breakfast. We didn't use spa facilities so I don't can tell about it.Very wellcom stuff.

Breakfast: I asked for fruits for breakfast and they only had watermelon, which ran out very quickly and they replaced it only if you asked. And the same with other products
