We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI think for a dinner menu all is fine but not salad with some food and to many time they are serving potato's with out salad are a bite boring food . Is better to give some salad with some rice and other food with lots of green (cabbage pepper 🌶 beans soup with beans is a lots of nice simple food (hope not one is get upset .All the Staff wich they serve us was very nice speaking English and other languages I recommend this Hotel is great 👍
I like the Hotel is very clean and nice staff . The Oner Lady is checked morning to the brekfast time to be evry guest happy with food .

SlovakiaWe spent four nights in Hajdú Kastély and we were not disappointed. I would call the hotel family-oriented and all was well adapted to this purpose. The rooms were clean and equipped in a functional manner - nights during summer can be hot, so air-conditioning is really needed (available in every room for a fee). Personnel was very kind and friendly - any request was addressed promptly. The hotel itself has favorable location - it is very close to Hungarospa, which is a typical place of interest for anyone in Hajdúszobóslo. The food probably deserves a special comment - breakfast were served in typical European style with acceptable variability. Dinners were really generous and the menu was relatively interesting (two soups and three dishes to select from + including a dessert). Based on my own experience, the restaurants and hotels in Hungary mostly prepare their food in a tasteful way but one has to be prepared for high amounts of spicing and salt. The portions were also quite large - this is fine for hungry adults, probably a bit less so for kids. All in all, the staying was very nice and can be certainly recommended, especially for families.

RomaniaThis is not a hotel, the staff is there mostly only în the mornings, to serve food. They charge extra for AC. Breakfast is from 8 to 9.30; when we got there at 8.45 there were already items missing from breakfast. Being asked about this, staff said 'no more'. Not all Windows have mosquito nets. A lamp în our room was broken. We were asked to close building doors when we went out, because there was no staff there to do it.
Rooms were clean. Staff was pretty friendly.

RomaniaWe went there during public holidays in Romania so it was pretty crowded and loud at breakfast since the breakfast room is pretty small. The food was average, pretty oily but I suppose it was ok for a 3 star hotel. Anyhow, at 90€/ night, don’t expect too much. For AC you have to pay extra so again, not great value for money.
The location is great, very close to one of the Aquapark entrances and 4 minutes walk to the main restaurants and city center. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The room was big and clean and hotel staff very helpful.
