Cleanliness is not good. When we checked in, bathroom floor was very messy and it didn't get cleaned till the time we stayed there. There is no electric kettle etc in the room which cause bit inconvenience.

Ventilation is loud and neighborhood noise is disturbing. The bathroom lacks a dedicated shower zone and instead has a hole in the floor for water, resulting in a wet bathroom after showering.

Good location, near the subway station (in 3 min walking), and an available parking place (limited quantity but we're lucky that day). Polite reception 24h, comfortable, and big beds.

it was s bit too loud at night: the " neighbors" were "talking" until 1 am and we could hear every word. Nevertheless we'll join in at IBIS HEREOS SQUARE next time we are in Budapest.

Staff was young and very nice !! Hotel is well located around 40 minutes from airport by taxi. The subway station is 3 min from hotel by walk And bus stop in front of the hotel. If you like to walk.. you can visit around..there is many to see. Place is really ok. I would back there if i come back in Budapest !

- Very thin walls, could hear the phone in the next room to us vibrating for hours. Think the alarm was going off while they were out. - No drinks facilities in the room. - only one TV channel available Chinese 🤣

- Good location across from Heroes Square and a minutes walk from the metro station. - Room was decent and the bed was very comfortable, cleaners laid out fresh towels daily. - Staff were lovely.

The staff was very good, friendly and helpful except one. I was very upset about a man with the name of Atilla.(working the evening of 28 December). I asked relevant questions about transport to the airport and he treated me like a stupid schoolboy. I know Hungary use Forint as a currency but when I ask if i could use Euro to pay the taxi to the airport he was very rude and gave me a lesson about countries where the euro can be used. He was also very unhelpful about the time the taxi could pick us up, it MUST be exactly 3 hours before the flight and not anything else, and then we had to wait for other passengers more than 30 minutes at a next hotel. I don't think this behavior is good to a lovely hotel

Cleaning.. We stayed for 5 nights. I did not notice any wet cleaning. Only towels were changed and trash bins. There is no minibar, tea set and kettle.

The room is big enough for standard twin room. The breakfast is good, tasty coffee, fresh bread and pastries. Variety is low but fresh and testy food. Very good transport connection with other parts of the city.

There is no tea maker at rooms, but we were aware of this. Everything perfect.

Location perfect, few metres to metro and bus stops. Walking distance to museums at Hero sqare and City parks. Hotel is clean, nice breakfast room, tasty breakfast, different food. Staff is perfect, ready to help and advice. Definitely worth for money.
