I loved the location of the Hotel mostly. Room was nice, a lady in the reception on our first day was lovely and super friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only thing is - a better cleaning and filling up shower room with liquid soap.

- it was written that towels will be changed after 2nd night and they weren’t - no 24/7 reception and at nights I could hear loud other guests who were screaming/ singing even at around midnight

There were some hairs on our pillows, but otherwise all clean.

Very comfortable place close to the station, rooms are comfortable and spacy, ideal for a short stay when you dont need to spend any time in the room, just for oversleep. It is a calm and I dare to say safe area.

There were some very noisy guests who woke us up at 3am both nights we were there. With no one at reception or even a security guard overnight, it was pretty annoying. One night I went into the hall and asked them to be quiet. They were a group of Scottish guys. Maybe don't put a group of men on the same floor as other guests if there is no one at reception overnight. They were polite enough when I asked them to be quiet, but afterwards I thought it could have been uncomfortable.

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower was very small. The washbasin had stains from the previous visitors and the spray from the air freshener was over and made a weird noise

The room was ok, The bed was big and comfortable. There was an air-condition which was always open because it was very cold outside. There was also a heater radiator but not very strong. The hotel was near a metro STATION and near a mall (Westend). The stuff helped me a lot with our late check in and during the check out they let us leave our luggages there.

They do not provide service for room cleaning in late hours, you have to stick to the clock. Unfortunately, we are late sleepers, so missed room cleaning.

The hotel is located less than five minute walk from the train station, located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, everything was easily accessible, restaurants, historical sites, the parliament was 10 minute walk to the tram station number two. The staff was very friendly and provided very clear information for check in which was super fast, as we came in during hours when the reception is closed. The room was big enough and had all we needed for our stay, except that that the hotel has strict policy for towels.

The hotel's built over an electricity sub station. There was a constant hum from the sub station which made getting over to sleep difficult.. The room windows are all covered by huge opaque photos, so that some light comes in but you can't see out or see what the weather is like. In our room, both windows were totally covered by photographs of The Great Synagogue; fine for us as we are interested in Judaism and The Holocaust, but not for everyone... Good to have a fridge, but it was very very noisy. The "duvets" were extremely thin (2 separate single ones on our double bed). I found 2 thin IKEA "blankets" which we used, but some nights I also had to use my coat as a blanket. This was the end of November. Didn't use the tiny TV as the only channel in English was Sky news. Reception is only staffed 9,-5..

The location was pretty good, around the corner from the Westend shopping mall with a very good food court. Also, we were able to walk everywhere. Comfortable bed. Kettle and a fridge for our milk, orange and water. Clean sheets and towels.

The safety deposit box was defective. However we got the keys to the box and were able to operate it the old fashioned way. The toilet was defective too. Wish we had a workaround for the toilet :)

The bathroom, I look online and it seems some kind of different toilet is used in Hungary, however from all the places we visited this was the only place that had it like that, must be kind of old I guess Also under the bed we found a dirty towel that must been there from quite a while

The guy on reception just handed me keys when I booked in and didn't tell me what room or where it was. He looked like he didn't want to be there or talk to anyone. The Iron was broken. Couldn't see out the windows.

The price of the hotel was good for it was, and the location was reasonably close to sights, restaurants, and transportation. Could come and go as you pleased and there was a good size fridge in the room. Female receptionists were friendly and helpful

Accomodation could be more clean, in the bathroom and room was some hair from previous guests, probably. Some equipment could be repaired or new fixed.

Hotel is very good placed, is close to main train station and public transport hub. Staff was polite.
