Five of us stayed there but we had only 4 spoons and no soup ladle. The freezer was out of order. Cold water pressure was low and water barely flowed out of the faucet.

Position close to the metro and bus lines. Spacious apartment equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge, air-conditioning, tv, wifi.

There was a kettle and provided tea and coffee but we didn't find any sugar. Not a big deal at all but usually when tea and coffee is provided, there is also sugar.

Very nice apartment in Budapest with all that is needed for a short and extended stay! Fridge, oven, kitchenware, even a washing machine and lots of space and storage! Central location with great public transport links and restaurants nearby , 24/7 reception and possiblity to store luggage before/after check-in/out. Will definitely consider this place when coming back to Budapest!

The tiny pub in front of the main apartment door - do not go. It's not an pub, it's an living room. Felt very uncomfortable there- quickest drink I've ever drunk.

The location of these apartments are amazing. The hop on hop off bus stop is literally round the corner which is so handy. Plenty of restaurants right beside the apartment and a coffee house. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We stay in the 2 bed one - massive balcony. We felt safe and secure in the apartment. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Very central and you could walk to lots of the main attractions.

The location is amazing, right in the city centre. The flat was perfect for a short stay in Budapest und you're travelling alone or with only one person.

Wifi. The owner of the apartment simply disconnected the router from the network and we had no Internet for two days. Nobody came to help us. I discovered this myself by accident.

Nothing much, but cleaning can be a little bit more thorough, especially the toilets.

The location is great. Central and easy access to transportation and shops. The apartment is spacious and in a very nice building, there's someone at reception at all times. It has a garden view, which makes very quiet, if you're looking to rwlax. Bed and sofa are comfy. All in all, I would recommend this place for short or long term rent

The heater did not work to dry my clothes coming out of the washing machine. Noise from other guests in the building. Sounded like someone was jumping up and down in the room above me. Quite rude behavior from others not to be quiet and respect others right to peace and quiet.

Some kind of switch made a noise every 15 mins in the living room. Bedrooms quiet.

Location was great with a short walk to Opera and the metro. Good places for breakfast close by on tree lined streets. Clean and modern. Simple check in and out at 24 hour reception. Aircon works well. Good value for money.

We had no controller for the air conditioner and the room was too hot for us. The airconditioner was on but we couldn't change the temperature which was frustrating. We asked for a controller but there was not one at reception. The bathroom sink was blocked and only drained very slowly, we also reported that as we left.

It was good to be able to collect keys from reception and it was great that the reception was manned 24/7. The location was great, easy to get onto public transport or walk. There were many cafes and restaurants close by. The apartment was clean and had a good little kitchenette. It was great to have a washing machine and drying racks.

They wanted us to pay 2€ for each bag we left in the storage room, before we went to the airport later at our check-out day. I have never stayed at any hotels, flats or so in the world, where this service is not included in the accommodation price. We paid by card the whole weekend in Budapest, but had to cash out 50€ to pay 4€ in cash to the reception, even though we paid for our stay with a card. Really bad customer service.
