At the breakfast, there were ants on the buffet bar, the bathroom floor was broken and the walls etc. are not maintained well. The beds are really small.

I was surpiced by the 4-star rating the hotel has on Booking as it lacks quite a few of the extra amenities expected. The room was basic, clean when we checked in but we would have liked better daily cleaning (the bathroom sink was left dirty, we ran out of toilet paper etc). The television did not work but we didn't call reception to try to have it fixed. There is not fitness center, pool, on-site restaurant (but a small lobby bar), no room service. The bathroom didn't have any extras such as products except for soap in a large container. There is no coffee-maker or kettle to boil water in the room. There was a mini-bar and you have to pay a deposit (or give card number) upon checking in in case it was used and for damages. That took us by surprice. The room was a bit cold even though we had the heat set to maximum (30 degress) so it wasn't working properly. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room so we never called to have it fixed and the outside temperature was 15-20 so we managed ok.

The location of the hotel was good, close to the metro and other public transportation which was easy to use. The block had fast food restaurants such as KFC, Burger King and McDonalds. Across the hotel was a small SPAR grocery store. The street itself was not the nicest, but we had a good pizza close by, but it's a not a street to be roamning around at night. The wi-fi was ok and included. The breakfast was fine for the price with a selection of hot items (egg, sausages), bread, deli meats and cheese. The waffle maker was a big hit with the child I was travelling with. The bed was two single beds pushed together, mattress a bit hard but fine to sleep on. Pillow and duvet comfortable. The reception staff was very nice and helped to order a taxi to the airport which arrived on time. The taxi was ordered with 24 hour notice and the prize was 19,500 HUF.

The breakfast was limited. The room didn’t have a kettle only a nespresso coffee machine with no pods. There were two single beds pushed together rather than a double. The bath was very high which made it difficult to carefully step in and out of the shower. We asked for fresh towels and our bath towels were replaced with 4 hand towels. We complained that our safe wasn’t working and no one came to fix it.

The armchair needs to be cleaned or renovated. The hairdryer is a bit weird: it works only for a min, and then it needs a couple of mins rest 😅

The location and infrastructure are great. Stuff is very friendly. It was allowed to keep luggage till evening. On the ground floor there is a bar where you could order some coffee or other drinks

Constant dripping from the bathroom ceiling from the room above.We mentioned this to the reception and they told us they was already aware of the issue yet still placed us in this room and didnt offer any assistance in this matter. Coffee stain splattered up the wall next to the window.

Breakfast - especially the waffle maker. Beds was comfy and spacious, good location to transport links into the central and has a convenience shop and kfc outside out hotel. Good value for money and spacious sized room.

Not quite a 4 star hotel as advertised. The rooms are small and don't even have a water boiler to prepare a tea or a coffee. Also, at reception, they ask you for a 50 euro warranty or the debit card number for the existing minibar, ,which I don't know if it's legal, but definitely it is strange to treat the tourists like potential minibar thiefs. 😔

- The hairdryer wasn't working - Bathroom wasnt clean - Before order, we asked for a double bed, BUT we got two single beds - Dustman activities right under the window on early morning hour, wasn't possible to sleep - Dining room is very small and wasnt clean, table cover as well Price definitely DOES NOT correspond to the quality of this hotel.

Welcoming staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the main train station and this was super convenient for our in transit stay.

Unfortunately the only thing to hightlight negatively was the presence of two cockroaches in the bathroom and the room. Luckily we only found them just before checking out.

Location-wise was really good - very close to Keleti Station, from where you can go pretty much anywhere in the city. We had breakfast included and it was beyond amazing, very rich and different everyday.

The room was smaller in comparison to the photos and a little bit different. There were 2 mattresses instead of one big and it wasn't very comfortable to sleep.

The breakfast was well-planned and the food was delicious. The room was clean and nice and we had all the facilities. The staff was nice and helpful. They can even keep your things after check out.

The room was basic but ok for what we were were there for. The room was tired, was clean enough but would not put anywhere near a 4 ⭐ more like a 2/3 at best. There was no air con that we could see, so we had the window open. Bed was also rock hard but the pillows were lovely!

Location was perfect, right next to the metro so it was easy and very cheap to get around. There was a spa right opposite and lots of places to grab food on the go.
