Breakfast was good, service very good, free parking very good. If only a very small amount of maintenance update work was done in the room, it would be a 4.5 star hotel.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The restaurant is very nice and the tables carefull set - except the breakfast is not served there. For the breakfast we were guided through the restaturant into another room which looked from a different hotel and a different epoque. All the tables had stained cloths which took the toll of the time, on the floor was some food from previous day (like french fries, which were not available in the breakfast). The content of the breakfast very limited and very far from the 4 stars the hotel claims. E.g. there were like 4 pieces of butter while 3-4 big groups were already, knives were missing until we asked for them... The coffee filter machine was old, not very clean and barely staying in one piece. Ala in all, the entire breakfast service created a very bad taste; the nice pictures in the website are from the restaurant, but they are not for the breakfast. Unfortunately we missed to take pictures, because it looked too ugly. Out of the many hotels we stayed during this trip in several countries (many *** hotels) none of them produced such disappointment at breakfast. In addition, even though the room we booked was including air conditioning, we had to pay extra to use it. It was not big deal on the amount of money but it was better to be explicitely informed that air conditioning is available on extra charge.

Nice looking hotel, nice and clean room, very comfortable beds. Bedlinen very clean, good pillows.

The breakfast was poor.

The appartment was ok and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We spent there only one night but in general I had rather a good impression. Perfect for a rest during a journey.

First they told me that i do not have to pay the entire period since i don't stay there the entire time. Then Sunday at 8 pm they come to my room demanding that i pay for the entire pariod couse i booked on booking even if i told them 7 days before when i will leave. I disnt had the money and i said i will pay next day. Then every morning there was a lady that was asking me to pay. Like a thug. I payed when i said i will... But bad comunication between staff made me fill like i m the thief there and they were keeping an eye on me not to run.... Unconfortable...

nobody speaks english, air conditioning for extra charge, terrible internet, below average breakfast, different price than in the reservation (higher), I do not recommend.

I don´t know if it was only a wrong timing, but I had a reservation from Friday - Sunday but there was a huge party/disco when I came back to the accomodation at 20:00. And my room was directly above the party. Walls were shaking, room was shaking, my 2 dogs were scared like hell. I had to pack my luggage and leave however it was not possible to even think about a sleep, what is the primary thing when you pay for your accomodation. It was also possible that very same thing will happen from saturday night to sunday... Therefore I left, they gave me back money and I had to find a new accomodation at night..with 2 dogs..imagine that...

One of the bed had only the spongy matrass protector and no bedsheets. One other had only the bedsheet without matrass protector. One of the bed was a sofa (this was not in the room description), with a rough bedsheet on top. The breakfast was extremely basic.

You could see the room was renewed nicely. A pity something simple like bedsheets was not taken care of.

We came around 19:30 to check in, they looked at as as some kind of intruders, the "reception" is really a bar, and what you'd 'except to be a reception is some kind of corner with security cameras. Not a nice welcome. Since we came in the evening, you'd except a clean room too. There was a full bin in the room from previous guests! piles of dust and dirt in the corners of the room. But the bath was clean on the other hand. At the checkout we waited for more than one hour for someone to make a card transfer!!! The older female, which finally arrived, lacked any kind of kindness, and a simply apology wouldn't hurt either. What's worse than that, she clearly lacked knowledge of basic counting, since she added almost 10 euro in forints to the sum presented in booking.com. I feel really bad after realizing after all that waiting she was taking advantage of me being in a hurry and not to check the bill earlier!!!!

There were two male restaurant's employees, which were really kind, made some kind of effort, anyways, were both totally clueless. Nice bath, comfortable mattresses. Simple, but the breakfast is really typical for every home in Hungary.
