Nothing to complain abt Alila itself, but Candidasa really lacks good eateries. Alila’s restaurant was by far the best, thanks for being there! We enjoyed every meal - the roast chicken and mash was our fav!!

The lack of activities onsite was great as it allowed us to chill and enjoy the beauty of the property without feeling like we should be doing something. The breakfast concept of order-as-you-please is to be applauded, as it prevents food waste and the selection and portions were of great value. Well done!

It was a little off the beaten track, which was in fact what I wanted. The hotel provided taxis for excursions.

I wished one could have had the option of pool area and being able to be on Sun loungers on decking looking out by the sea. The Pool for me was too shallow and I kept slipping on the tiles . Bedrooms could do with some minor upgrading but I was very comfortable and could not have enjoyed my stay more

The property still has its unique mix of Balinese ethnic charm amid the wonderful palm grove. Very well maintained. Friendly and dedicated staff. Great tea time on the seaside. Very good breakfast.

The in-room facilities are a little bit old, but definitely worked and clean, given the price, it’s highly recommended to stay here! (High cost-performance value)

The pool & sod is really good, it’s easy to connect the nature and building, even the bar located in a corner near to both ocean and plants. The staff at the bar was nice, remained the light open for our late-night drinking & chilling.

The location: it's next to a very busy road. We tried a walk but too dangerous. Once you are in the hotel, you can't go anywhere. It did not bother us, as we did excusions during the day, but if you like to venture out, this is not a good option.

It's a hotel part of the Hyatt group. They have a good restaurant and swimming pool. We very much liked the private excursions. We did a 3 hour mountain bike tour and a half day walk. Both a very recommended.

Food options are very little specially if you are Indian. I suggest more activities around the resort like archery, kite flying, open movies for kids etc. . As there is not much to do outside the resort. Wifi connection is very bad, you just can't do anything. And paid resort activities are bit expensive I guess.

Location is superb, resort view is outstanding. There is no proper beach but you can still walk while it's low tide time. Staff is super helpful. Definitely recommend for couples and families if there want to spend time in resort only. Complementary photoshoot is pretty good too. Food is great but very little options. There is free shuttle to candidasa. Its so photogenic resort. Highly recommend for couple if you spend some quality time at resort.

Nothing particularly. The rooms are not so big and the bathroom also quite small but each room has a beautiful balcony on the garden the swimming pool and you will spend most of the time there or outside anyway. There is yoga only once a week on site so if you go for yoga everyday it may not be the place for you
