It is not cheap. The gym was a bit musty and didn't have enough weights (if you are wanting a heavy workout). The shuttle, albeit a nice offer, was a little limiting and not always available

The hospitality was exceptional, nothing was too difficult and was always done with a smile. The staff ratio is very high and there were always loads of people to assist. The free shuttle was a bonus. The communal pool was exceptional and the resort was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the town. We loved the juice day and would recommend it for those who are wanting a healthy option

Couldn't fault anything

I absolutely loved our stay here. We were so astonished by the facilities, the service from the staff was excellant and it was so clean. Our stay was upgraded to the waterfall villa and it was so beautiful. Overall, I would recommend our stay and would return here again

we are happy throughout our stay, just some minor suggestions: the stairs connect the two floors are located outside of the villa, which is a bit odd to us, but it’s not a big issue as we have umbrellas on both floors. the bath tub is at a hidden corner of the lower floor, there’s not enough sunlight and no view from the tub, think we would prefer it indoor instead as we couldn’t really use the tub when it rains.

The fairy god mother is real!! my fiance popped the question at our villa and it was the most magical day for me, a big thank you once again to the eqUILIBRIA team for the fond memories that we will treasure forever! Special shoutout to our butlers Ela and Lista who took such good care of us throughout our time here, they gave us all the privacy we wanted but at the same time were just a phone call away when we needed anything. If you are planning on some big moments/ celebration, this is definitely the place for you! Breakfast was AMAZING and you can have it anywhere, be it a floating breakfast or breakfast in bed, you won’t get charged extra for your most instagramable breakfast! Although we didn’t go out as much as we wanted to due to the rainy seasons and (mostly)the irresistible comfort of the signature villa, the hotel is literally located at the heart of the shopping street. Pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, and if not, the free shuttle can take you there. The hotel also welcomes grab delivery which is a plus plus to us coz we stayed at a branded hotel at Nusa Dua before coming here but they did not allow food delivery from outside of the hotel.

It can get abit hot walking from our room to the lobby...thankfully it wasn't raining, but some shelter would have helped!

Though it was only for one night, so glad we stayed here! We stayed at a few places on our honeymoon in Bali...This was the only hotel that really made us feel like we were special! (more than just upgrading us without our asking!) Location-wise, it's walkable to the centre of Seminyak (i.e. Seminyak Square), but then again that's not really an issue because there is a free car shuttle to anywhere in Seminyak! We were also given a free 20-min massage upon arrival, at their amazing spa. The rooms are super clean and spacious...and the private pool with a waterfall was something special! They may not have a communal dining area (all meals are served in your villa), but having a complimentary floating breakfast more than made up for it! The big bonus was the complimentary VIP access to Finn's Beach Club in Canggu - which meant a free day bed at the beach club, no minimum spend, and 15% off food and drinks (oh and there's a free shuttle there as well if you go before 3pm). All in all, service by all staff is excellent; location, facilities, and cleanliness is top-notch; and there were many other little touches that will make you feel like getting this hotel was a steal....would 10/10 recommend!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

The service at Equilibria Seminyak was beyond what we imagined. The entire staff, especially our villa hosts (Risky, Andy and Bayu) were super friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was perfect. The reception staff and transport staff were welcoming and very helpful. The villa is well maintained, super clean and very spacious. The location is perfect, it’s so close to everything yet so quiet and relaxing. We will definitely return here again. Highly recommend!

The villa is located central in the Seminyak area, which is good. But, as anywhere in Bali, streets are rather narrow and if you want to go anywhere outside of the villa, you have to negotiate a lot of traffic.

We stayed in a really comfortable villa where everything we needed was present. It was delicious to be able to dive in your own swimming pool. Staff was friendly and always available.

Loved every moment here and didn’t want to come home. The villas are just gorgeous. Service was impeccable and a big thank you to Gede who was fabulous. Location is right in the middle of food and shopping. Supermarket is right at the end of the street, a two minute walk, which is so convenient. Can buy food and alcohol. They will drop you off to restaurants and locations when asked which is fantastic. Their attention to small details, cleanliness and kindness made it so memorable. Best holiday I have ever had. Thank you to all the amazing staff. We will be back.

INCREDIBLY clean, well designed, so comfortable, air conditioning is amazing and the location is THE BEST. Right in the guts of eat street, SO CLOSE to the best restaurants and pubs of Seminyak. Best place I’ve ever stayed at in Bali.

the location, the layout, the presentation, the privacy, the plunge pool, the breakfast and the flexible time in which you could have it, the driver to take you places, the VIP access to FINN’S gymnasium and last but by no mean’s least, was the friendly helpful staff. we loved it.

There were a few things we didn't like. 1. Unusually, the bathtub was located outside. Not out of the toilet or room, but literally out of the villa. We're used to having a relaxing soak in a more controlled environment, so we were not able to use it as much as we would have liked. 2. The upper and lower deck of the villas are not connected from within. Meaning to say, to get upstairs, you need to exit, climb up the stairs exposed to the weather, and enter the room. The upstairs does not have a bathroom as well. In terms of design, it's probably due to privacy as you can get staff to come in and set up breakfast upstairs while you're downstairs in your room. But in terms of convenience, this definitely was not ideal. The WiFi router is only upstairs so with the design, the internet connection can get spotty downstairs. 3. The villa pool depth is 1.5m. I'm around 1.56m so I had to tiptoe most of the time which takes out some fun from splashing about freely in your private pool. I do wish it was more shallow or at least have a gradual slope to cater to different heights. It can also get really cold so we ended up using the main pool instead which was zero-entry and heated. Not many people used it so it was as good as personal anyway. All in all, these were minor and did not really have a significant impact on our experience. These are more of a personal preference. We'd definitely consider returning in the future.

Our villa was ready upon arrival and they had set up everything in advance - so this was greatly appreciated after a long flight and seeking a reprieve from the weather. We were greeted by hostess, Ela and the pampering begun almost immediately. We were treated to a short introductory tour of the property followed by welcome cake and drink. The villa itself was a getaway destination on its own. It has everything you could possibly need to have a few days to shut off from the world and if ever there was anything missing, there was someone on standby that would be more than happy to fix that for you. Staff are meticulous with knowing the names of each guest and are in tuned to predict your next request. They have each went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant but still mindful of giving you a space of your own. Breakfast was an absolute delight to wake up to. It's basically a smorgasbord of choices and leave you positively stuffed (in a good way!). Everything was plated with care and pride. The daily canapés were always different so it was something we looked forward to when we're winding down at the end of the day. You have the option to have these in as breakfast in bed, floating breakfast in your pool, living room or even at the main pool. This was one of the first few trips we made post-COVID and don't think we could have made a better choice to spend it here. We left feeling extremely refreshed and are now missing the solitude we had while we were there. Thank you to everyone involved and we hope to see you again!
