Breakfast was served indoors due to the rainy season. The food on offer was very similar each day and was not replenished quickly enough. Wi-Fi reception was poor and slow. The pool could get busy and noisy but beach just over the road so can easily find somewhere quieter.

Hotel is on the quieter side of the island although that seems to be changing with the increased development going on. Staff are very friendly and sunsets are superb. The big screen film showings are also a good idea as are the free snacks. Cycle hire just outside the hotel was very convenient for getting around the island.

The hotel was located a little further away than expected, but was still a nice hotel. The staff were very helpful at all times, the breakfast every morning was also good and lots to choose from. the evenings were nice as they have an outdoor cinema that suits all ages.

On the non-busy side of the island, so a bit out of the way. Also the restaurant food was hit or miss, some days it was better than others.

Great value for money! Clean and comfy room, great pool, and delicious free iced tea all at a reasonable price. Was a great find! Would recommend!

The building came really into its age. Details are not well maintained even when the house so far is really clean and ok. Pool has salty water and is pretty warm (as everywhere on the Gilis) so no special point. The location is good in the day and for sunset... after that people go to "downtown" for dinner and party. Pics are nice but a bit showing the location more beautiful as it is.

Directly at the beach. Veeeeery friendly staff. Very silent Air Con...nice !! Good breakfast buffet even it it was every day the same.

Far from the Center and Cidomo (horse ride) is really costly. The swimming pool area is really dry, the plants were so dry and not healthy, the breakfast food at the buffet is slow to refill and I found fried fly in my fried rice.

The staffs are friendly, they also arranged our transport in and out of the island well. The bathroom is spacious. The pool is just in front of our room and the beach is just in front of the hotel. We like their beachfront restaurant. We had a great stay there!

Private villa pool garden not well maintained. Pool bar was served out of a coolerbox. Drinks not cold. No music at pool bar. Could not book against the room. Had to pay with every order. Massage was 6/10.

A little bit rundown overall. The private villa could use some more shade as we couldn’t use it most of the day as it was in full sun The staff only addressed my husband. I was the one checking in or paying for things and they would only speak to him which I found rude.

The location for sunset was great. Away from the party scene so it was nice and quiet. The staff were lovely. Filtered cold water on tap was a very nice touch Aircon was amazing in the private vila!!

Hotel stuff is very helpful and friendly. The location is quiet and calm, great sunset view spot. Free cinema all night with 2 movies. For night life you have to choose the other side of the island. There is free water, tea and snacks for the hotel guests. Breakfast is on the beach, food quality is ok.

Breakfast food was basic, Soto was quite bland and cold. Fried rice was the same. Sweet bread tasted not fresh, fruit juice was great & egg omelette freshly made so warm and good. Lunch and dinner ala carte tasted pretty basic for the price, to be honest expecting more from Aston level. Location is a bit far from port, need to pay 150k for horse cart each way

It's perfect for families with kids, they have a kids playground and an awesome pool! Things were clean, staff were friendly and great, always smiled and greeted us, they looked like they were happy to be there! Free movie night by the beach while having dinner was amazing, my son enjoyed Finding nemo outdoor cinema!! The location was perfect for sunset. AC in the room were strong and great. The room and bathroom were spacious, my son slept at comfy sofa bed, we didnt need to add extra bed in the room which was great! Free flow water + iced tea + snacks at reception was amazing for hot days! Bicycle rent was easily 50k/day in front of the hotel.
