everything was good, especially watching the squirrels over coffee in the mornings. Friendly and courteous staff. Lovely pool. The surroundings made it feel like a village hidden in the jungle.

Rusty bath rail. No where to put Toiletries or clothes in the bathroom. It was very dark when we arrived at 8.30pm and not much lighting. They're trying to bring back some life into the hotel which is great.. no complaints we enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place needs a bit of an upgrade. It was a shame the villas pool was freezing as the tree kept the sun off the pool all day.

No breakfast but plenty of places nearby. The property could do with a makeover as many we've visited post pandemic. They've done well to keep going under difficult circumstances.

Lovely pool and gardens the Hidden Garden bar in the grounds a bonus. A few minutes walk from the beach. Turn left for smart beach bars. Turn right for local street food vendors set up on the beach during the day, our choice, double the atmosphere half the price.

Loved the location my first trip to Sanur and it was close to everything, the staff were lovely & helpful , gardens are lovely and cared for great little expat bar and I always search for an outdoor bathroom when looking for somewhere to stay, nice pool

The room was poor, unable to operate faulty ceiling fan. Unable to adjust AC temperature, bathroom was grungy. All in all uninviting.

Our two bed apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us all to relax apart and a big kitchen table for us to all sit together. We all loved the warm swimming pool and the location was fantastic. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep and just a short walk to the beach.

It was filthy. Dogs barking all night. Could not secure the villa. Pool was dirty. Towels were dirty. Bed was terrible. Mould everywhere. Toilet was disgusting. Booked two nights but left after one. Located at the end of a dark lane with less than desirable people hanging around. Sheets had holes. Plates were old and didn’t match. One knife. No teaspoons. Frying pan was dirty and old. Curtains were torn. Tv did not work.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of May.The two bed room villa i stayed is huge,the kitchen is good though I didn't use it,only used the big refrigerator, it is good enough to keep my drinks bought from convenient store.the pool is not big,and quite shady,cuz beside the villa,there is a huge tree,so the sunrays can't go through,if you want to do sunbathing might go to the sharing pool in the main part of the hotel.staffs here friendly and polite,the location is great,close to many eateries.the room is clean though part of the main room's wall effected by water damage,and looks not nice.the lighting in the room clear,of course you have to turn on all switches. The place is queit,cuz not located at the main road,ideal for those who want a good sleep. anyway, staying here is comfortable,and love its location,will come back or kembali again to this hotel.

The please was dated & as I have COPD the units were too damp & not been kept up to date. But I see they're upgrading their units

The gardens were stunning it was sent in & the location was excellent for where we wanted to be & good staff. Full marks for that side of things. We would go back once their upgrade has been done.

Lack of kitchen equipment. Hard pillows. Lack of comfortable outdoor seating. Altogether dated and in need of modernisation - especially at the price!

The rooms are very run down and nothing like online photos. Paint is peeling if walls, mould present, doors and doorways rotten and falling apart. Bathroom fittings corroded, low water flow. It's a shame because it could be very nice with maintenance and upgrades but Australian owner does not live in Bali and is aware of issues.
