The staff were all fantastic and couldn't do more to help you. The grounds were stunning and the pool was so good we spent many hours in it at all times of the day and night. The bungalow we stayed in #2 was perfect for us and we really liked the outdoor shower.

We had booked bungalows but ended up in 1st floor apartments. These were above reception so very close to the busy main road, there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Location is picturesque but exploring area on foot isn’t really an option, you can’t walk along the beach and it’s on a busy main road. Nearby food options are limited, too far for grab take away (60 minutes for delivery) so can either dine in onsite restaurant or easily get a grab taxi 5 minutes to places with more options.

Lovely, attentive, welcoming, staff. Well run, well maintained and well organised. Beautiful gardens. Good food. Good cocktails. Amazing views, especially at breakfast. Spacious, clean rooms with excellent facilities. Regular cleaning and rooms sprayed for mosquitoes every night. Great pool with swim up bar.

The breakfast wasn’t só could as expected from this type of hotel. It should be improved.

The food in the restaurant (lunch and dinner) was mediocre. The rooms are dated and in need of some repair. Not enough hot water. Very slow wifi.

Thank. You for the upgrade. The Villa was truly amazing. Had our own pool. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Had a couple of meals at night there and was definitely wonderful. The pool was clean and inviting. Plenty of lounges and umbrellas.

Could not find fault with anything.

Food was excellent every day, the staff were above and beyond for their care and attention to detail. Loved everything about the hotel, location near to the beach, spa facilities excellent, sorry we could not stay longer.

Everything about these villas was superb. Location beachfront with beautiful views. Two pools. Staff could not do enough for us. So friendly and accommodating. Grounds and rooms are kept spotless. Brad was kind enough to upgrade us... 10/10. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We love this place! Second time we’ve been here, just DELIGHTFUL, friendly, kind staff, comfortable rooms, AMAZING pool area with swim up bar (hello!) Tasty breakfast, with lots of options. Staff helped us organise transport, and hiring a scooter. We love it here! Shall definitely be back again.

Water pressure in the shower and not a big fan of outdoor bathrooms

Breakfast was beautiful and while uou didn't need to leave the resort its location to the main street of Candidasa was idea especially if you don't ride a scooter

Absolutely everything I stayed in a villa and loved it, it’s a huge resort with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, your bed is turned down and room sprayed in the evening and beautiful view of the sea while you sun-bake, great restaurant with a daily special breakfast ,very friendly & helpful staff .. my new go to place in candidasa just loved it 😊

nothing about the property but it is hard to swim in the sea

everything I love it , what an amazing place to stay, I was upgrade to a villa and I have to say it is sensational the view is amazing the room is wonderful and the staff cater to your every whim , it’s the little things like a quick boil kettle 🤷🏻‍♀️ha ha and I watched a movie for the first time in 8 weeks … I have been to Bali a lot and always stay at different places but this is a return place ..

There was a loud party and fireworks during our stay which we weren’t informed about and it went on until 1am, there were two power cuts during our stay. we were over charged 500k rp on our card and could only be refunded in cash which we didn’t need as we were leaving Bali

super hotel, with great rooms 20 meters from the ocean, clean and comfortable. nice restaurant next to the beautiful swimming pool, with a smiling service. Great breakfast as well 100% ok on everything :-)
