There was mould on the walls, no hanger for towels and toilet seat was broken. The curtain of one of the windows was a old towel.

It was very dirty, for the price, you pay mostly for the location. But it do don’t worth the price.

The staff could be better and a little less lazy. No soap for washing hands and the staff were weird about me leaving my bags for a few hours after check out and didn't really help much.

The rooms are outdated and seriously need a good paint job, doors must be fixed and even the ceiling is coming off. This place deserves a bit of tlc No hotwater

This would have been nice to know: No hot water. You can’t pay with credit card- only cash! No fridge. Nothing to hang your clothes or towels on in the room. There are a lot of stairs to the rooms.

They have a pool and is located in a green area. The staff is Nice especially the guy that owns the place.

Room was very plain and basic. Showerhead was damaged and lighting quite dim.

Friendly staff. Lovely gardens, pool and surrounding jungle were an improvement on other homestays at this price point. (Other homestays have had no access to the above)

The rooms were not very clean, the bathrooms had no ventilation or hot water, no soap provided. The homestay was generally quite run down and basic.

The staff were friendly and the homestay is fairly close to the beaches and restaurants, shops, bars by bike.

The facilities were not very well maintained, walls were a little bit moldy and there was not hot water in the shower. It's ok for one night if you are going to spend the day at the beach.

Only had 1 plug socket in the room so perhaps add one more and maybe some bedside tables? Bathroom smelt a bit nasty but again it’s manageable. There wasn’t anywhere to fill water bottles up or buy water so perhaps they could sell some at the reception?

Very good price for the location. Nice pool. Basic but ok room, cold water shower but you need it with no ac. Staff are polite and keep the general areas clean. Scooter rental for the day was 100k- (more than we have paid so far but think ulu is generally more expensive anyway) Was a good scooter had a built in surf board attachment too.
