Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Australia- Food and drinks are as expensive as in Australia. Eating nearby the hotels is less than 50% prices than eating at the hotel. The noise insulation in the rooms is very bad ( we stayed at level 2). I could heard when people were taking showers from the other rooms and also when closing the doors. Hopefully there is something that they can improve.
Great location, great customer service and very clean rooms.

Finland- the breakfast was very nice for vegans, but the labels on allergens and plant-based food were not so clear (they were not there at all) At some moments I had to wait several minutes so many staff members to find out if porridge contained cow milk (it did) as there were no labels. but there were still many options. - the ac was blowing directly on the face which was a bit too much when asleep but not too bothering - rooms were a bit outdated, and the TVs kind of old but honestly we did not come to Bali to watch tv so this is really really minor, especially when contrasted to the overall structure of the hotel which was great
- breakfast was so yummy, and so many options for vegetarians and vegans - the pool area is very nice and relaxing - the bed was big and very comfy. The pillows were so nice and cosy! And they brought more pillows and blankets when we requested - very easy to use safe - nice bathtub - they gave free bottled water to drink and brush our teeth - the room service was so great, many options, and good options 24 hours. The options had good labelling on allergens and plant-based meals - the hotel staff was amazing, so caring, polite and nice. We fell ill with Bali belly during our trip and everyone was so kind and nice, arranging a doctor for us, making us rice porridge and toast and calling us to check in. It was very easy to extend our stay one night because of it, we are overwhelmed with gratitude and with the staff's kindness. Thank you so much! - shuttle to and from the beach are a plus definitely

RomaniaThe breakfast was 100% the same everyday and if you are not into asian breakfast with soups and noodles every day, it can be difficult. The prices at the bar were quite high. With 21% taxes you could end up with +10€ per cocktail

AustraliaHonestly, it was the most perfect stay. I can't think of a thing I didn't like! If I had to pick something that could be improved, it would be breakfast. The buffet breakfast was a bit pricey (for Bali) at around $25/head AUD. Though it is very impressive, and offers so much! But not everyone likes a big buffet breakfast! There wasn't really any other breakfast options in the resort or within walking distance that were open before 10am. So breakfasts were a bit challenging. As a family of 4 we didn't want to spend AUD$100 every day on breakfast especially if we only wanted something light such as some fruit or an egg on toast. You also couldn't order room service breakfast before 6.30am on the day (ie. you can't order the evening before), and choices were limited with everything being packaged together in most cases to create quite big breakfasts, which again didn't suit us. It would be really great if other more simple breakfast options were available within the resort, to cater for early risers and those who like to eat a small, healthy breakfast.
Loved absolutely everything about this place! Resort was stunning, gardens are GORGEOUS, fantastic pools, amazing buffet breakfast and wonderful lunch/dinner/snacking food choices at the various bars & restaurants within the resort. The staff are the friendliest people and soooo helpful. Nice comfy rooms, and various activities available such as cycling or table-tennis and a really good gym which we used daily. Bottles of water are provided in the room (free) every day AND housekeeping would pop back in to turn our beds down in the evening & write us cute notes! The resort is in a great location, a short walk to Bali Collection Shopping Centre or to the beach, and the Nusa Dua food and shopping strip is literally right next door, with lots of great bars and eateries just a walk away. There is a Money changer right in the reception and his rates were always better than the money changers in the street. The desserts in the foyer bar are amazing - especially the cheesecake! They are made onsite by some very clever chefs! The staff in this bar were always so friendly & we loved hanging out here in the afternoon, or in the evening, as it overlooked the pool. We just left this resort and can't wait to go back!!!

CanadaIt's kinda weird in the room. At around 10 pm, someone from the next door room was banging on my wall. An hour later, I heard someone was knocking on my door. The next morning, hear some bang noise from the next door room (I was in the terrace/balcony).
Breakfast was awesome, and the surrounding view near the restaurant really completed the ambience.

AustraliaThe Bathroom towels were old and thin. Every now and then we got a nice fluffy one. Pool closed at 7pm, would have been nice to close a little later say around 9pm as often would have loved a refreshing swim after dinner.
Beautiful room and good sized bathroom. We loved the buffet breakfast, it was amazing plenty to choose from and all good food. Housekeeping was amazing, Yoga and his team cleaned our room every day and even gave us a pet fish to look after. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic, plenty of lounge chairs and clean and refreshing. Plenty of staff to attend to your needs and so friendly. Mo Mo's restaurant was yummy. Food was good and reasonably priced. Poolside service was a little slow once ordered, but otherwise a good option.
