Loved loved loved my stay, wonderful location right on the beach and near lots of other good restaurants and bars. They also have a fab restaurant and bar which is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Abu and the whole team made me feel like one of the family and were so helpful during my stay. Breakfast is delicious and filling… coffee/tea, fresh juice, fresh fruits and eggs or pancakes. Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Booking was a challenge as we kept getting priced for 2 bungalows based on the fact that we were 2 adults and one child. Eventually we communicated directly with the property and sorted it out. One bungalow was fine for a couple with a toddler. Multiple asks for anything because communication seems to go person to person thru several people, means some requests not met (like having the proper number of towels). Not a big deal - just be flexible and keep asking!

Live music nightly made the restaurant bar wonderful and it was not so loud that we (toddler included) couldn’t still sleep in our room.

few issues with bathroom - at first water and light didnt work but that was quickly resolved by staff. One of the boards in the shower cracked during the stay.

Very helpful staff that was able to reccomend activities etc, great kitchen - best food on island that we tried. Service on the beach with drinks and food as well! Tasty breakfast every day included.

The breakfast is from 8.30 to 10.00, in my opinion it should start a little earlier in case you want to do a trip.

Friendly staff and great location on the island! Beautiful sunsets and live music to enjoy almost every night. Good food and great atmosphere!

Would 100000% recommend. What a good place to stay when you visit Gili Air. Super nice, friendly and funny staf. They help you with everything you need like laundry or bikes. They Make you feel instantly good in the morning. Sunset on the beach is a perfect. We had a super cute cabin with an outdoor shower and hammock on the terrace.

Loungers were replaced by bean bags between 3pm and 4pm so you couldn't remain on a lounger after this time.

Rooms are well equipped, location is close to the port and amazing sunset location. Happy hour was 2 4 1 cocktails between 4pm and 7pm. Air con in the rooms worked well, no mosquito net but we didn't get bitten.

Breakfast is limited to 1 item on the menu. The pool was basic with little shade. We had to ask for a bottle of water for our room each day. Would be good if there was a large water cooler in foyer to refill bottles. Much better on the environment. Would be good if bike hire was included in the price. We did hire bikes for one day (only used them for 2hrs) unfortunately the sears didn't stay up, they did not have a bell, and the brakes were not good.

Fantastic spot on the beach watching the sunset each night and breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with good air-conditioning. Not too far to walk to the main street and away from the morning call to prayer.

The only thing we didn't like, is that the hot water only lasted for literally 1 minute when you shower!

The facilities were very good and everything was accessible from this hotel, renting bikes, beautiful sunset point! Breakfast was lovely and around the hotel it has many options for great food!! The staff was helpful and super friendly!

While it didn’t bother us too much personally it’s worth people being aware that the hotel in a busy and very noisy location with lots of party’s and festivals happening either at the bar or close by.

Our room was very basic but had character. The only thing it lacked was tea/coffee facilities. There was no hair dryer but one was provided when I asked.

Meals were exceptional, so fresh and yummy. The beach was well cared for and what better location to watch the boats and sunsets.

sometimes music was loud at night trying to sleep and didn’t stop until 11pm. if you go to bed early or music isn’t your thing might want to stay somewhere else.

excellent location along the beach with several bars and restaurants close by. it is the best section of Gili air in my opinion. Plenty of bean bags to sit on the beach and frequently live music at night. bungalow has very comfortable king size bed and cold A/C.
