Conceptually a great resort but poorly maintained, cleanliness was not up to standard.

Beautiful location, nice swimming pool/spa, within walking distance jetty, only 10 minutes by boat to Bunaken Island and in-house snorkelling/diving facilities.

the hotel did not allow our boatman to access the pier of the hotel. We had to go around and access another location much further away, which was inconvenient

The restaurant should be better. The breakfast is good but evening buffet very poor taste. Don t understand because the hotel would be top with better food

The food needs certainly improvement ; one can not change money at/in the hotel ; it's quite a bit out of town and private transport quite expensive

the hotel is a little dated - aircon had some dripping. food is also served really slowly (but typical of manado). finally the place is out of the way so be sure to drive/ arrange private transport and there's not many food options nearby + the hotel doesnt allow for delivery so just be aware of that.

the beds at grand luley are amazing! had really deep and comfortable sleeps in my time here - even better than 4 points at Sheraton Manado which I moved to after my stay here. i also highly, highly recommend the massage - one of the best i've had and i've had many massages across Asia! it also offered many different diving and snorkeling options. good base if you want to explore the small islands around the area.

Pool area a bit run down since my last visit.

Lovely location looking towards Bunaken, Siladen and Manado Tua islands. Comfortable, clean room. Staff always friendly.

Services a bit slow...including check in process.. Dining room not so convenient, slow service, cleanliness etc.

Premises....huge complex...large open space...beautiful scenery. Kind staffs, clean bedroom.. Nice environment, clean air,quiet, ideal for escape.

Major issue, the service at the restaurant. Although smily and careful, way too long. 45 minutes between order and actual service, despite only 5 other guests. Solution: pre-order at breakfast for lunch and at lunch for dinner. Much better.

Great place to enjoy but restaurant service much too long. Outstanding location with direct access to the sea. Gorgeous environment. Large and very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very helpful personnel at reception. Very nice diving center. Well organised and well equipped.

Outside the verandah there were many cigarette butts from former guests between the plants. The bar was not stocked up well so it was not possible to get a cocktail (I assume this to change with normal operations after COVID.)

there's only stairs to get to the 3rd floor, quiet challenging to bring the suitcase up. the location was perfect, however it was difficult to go to the city. maybe luley can provide a vehicle that goes to the city (not only airport) at certain schedule.

love the scenic views and everything. the room was great, the bed was comfy, the jetty was perfect. the breakfast was fine. I had dinner at the restaurant - and it was delightful.

the facility in our room mostly worn out. the building itself already quite old. the bathroom is not clean. the food price in the hotel restaurant is expensive.

The children pool is spacious.. nice and clean.. very fun for my son to play in it. also great view surrounding the property. the sunset is spectacular.

Rooms are not well maintained and quite noisy because there is a door separating the neighbour's room. The breakfast was based on quantity not quality, not fresh. Dinner in the evening also not very tasteful for Indonesian standards. Especially considering the high prices they ask for meals. Pick-up from the aiport was supposed to be arranged but eventually wasn't. No problem to take a taxi though. It the weekends very crowded, between monday-friday very tranquile.

Nice location with sunset view from the pier next to the mangrove forest. Nice swimming pool.

You can not order food from outside they search every car to avoid Grab or any delivery company of bringing food. The bathroom was not very well maintained. There was mold next to the bath and lack of effort in the cleaning. The last day there was no hot water. Very disappointing.

The garden, the swimming pool, the yard, every thing outside were very beautiful and charming. The room was big and ok.

A/C & shower not working (had to move rooms - temp 36-40 degrees!) shower in 2nd room just about functional, but water tepid. Had to ask for more soap, shampoo etc. Hotel generally very “tired” - needs refurb. Restaurant poorly supplied, with items often not available (ran out of many things including beer?!) Food ok, not many choices. Breakfast ok. Bar & cafe both closed throughout our stay. I got the impression this hotel is closing, or maybe just very quiet out of season.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms clean, bed comfortable.

The Breakfest was excellent and all stuffs we're so helpfull and friendly. Our Special greetings we sent to Manager Mr.Ebson!!! IT was a pleasure for us to speak with HIM and he told us so much about the Hotel, the area, His Islands He came from and so on. Also the people in the Village before the Hotel where very friendly!
