Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

While a window in the room and reliable hot water would have been nice, at these prices it is hard to complain. I
The breakfast here was excellent. The location was great - in the heart of everything but at the quieter end of the street and near the beach. The best thing, though, were the staff. There were a couple of minor problems the day I checked in and the staff handled these wonderfully. Also, they would frequently check in that everything was ok and whether I needed anything. From the front desk, to the waiters, to the cleaners, to the security, I really got the feeling that the staff genuinely wanted me to have a nice stay. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service - it really made me feel at home!

Room was a little dusty and small. Small windows in the room so not much natural light.
Nice restaurant connected to the hotel. The breakfast here was excellent. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Elevator for taking our luggage up to the room. Location was good close to seminyak beach.

They told us our double bed room was sold out because they over booked if we slept in single beds pushed together which sucked but at least we didn’t get stood up I guess and I think they did that to scam us because we paid for a more expensive room.
Loved how close it was to everything and loved the cleanliness and the staff.

Overall, it met my expectations. My room was not big and with no window, but it was perfect for the type of travel that I did. I was always outside visiting around.
Staff is amazing, they helped me out with finding some places for renting a scooter. All of them were very helpful and nice. Breakfast is really delicious! I would give 10/10 only for staff and breakfast!

It was a bit expensive in our opinion considering it’s not Ubud nor near a nice beach
Super nice staff, great restaurant with live music, good AC and wifi. It was all we needed for a few days of rest.

Whole building could do with renovation and shower could have better pressure.

Due to windows facing the corridor, the room was dark, without daylight access. That wasn't comfortable to rest during the day.

Small size of the rooms were our only issue, and since we didn't spend much time indoors it didn't matter to us. But can feel a bit closed in if you don't wander out too much.
The location of the hotel is ideal for beach activities, eating and shopping. The restaurant is amazing, with awesome breakfast and has great live music in the evening. The spa on site is fantastic too. Apart from the size of the rooms, they are very clean, fairly comfortable and suitable for the budget.

The music from the live band downstairs can be quite loud at night but the staff offered ear plugs and made up for it by offering ice cream which was a lovely gesture
Breakfast was great and the room was clean. The hotel was located a few minutes walk away from the beach which was lovely.

REQUEST TO STAY IN A ROOM TOWARDS THE BACK CORNER OF PROPERTY AS THERE IS LOUD BAND THAT PLAYS FROM APPROX 8-11PM EVERY NIGHT. This can get very loud. We requested a shift and they moved us the next day which was good. They also give earplugs in the case you are in one of those loud rooms.
Good value for money. Convenient location and staff are very good with service and responsiveness. Always friendly and welcoming. Wi-Fi was very good. Room service was excellent. There is a Spa on level 5 which we highly recommend for massages. One of the best we've had in Seminyak within the same building of the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location close to the beach. Exactly what I was looking for. The room was cozy and the bed was really nice. Everything was clean and nice. Extra points for the Easter note left on my bed with an origami bunny. Absolutely loved that touch!

The furnishings could be bit better. May be newer toilet seat cover or interior touch up on both bed and bathroom. I feel a bit worry of stains.
