Wifi was slow in my room, but i realized my room was the topmost (room 516 on the 5th floor), hence was furthest from the shared router. Upon reporting the problem, the staff considered installing another router for the topmost floors. Other than that minor problem, i can't say anything wrong about the hotel.

I booked the hotel for its nearby to the airport, but i discovered a gem. The hotel is perfect in all aspects, comfort, cleanliness, and location. Everything about grandma is excellent, not forgetting the helpful, respectful, and cooperative staff. I will book this hotel over and over again. I will also recommend it to anyone and everyone i know because it's value for money. Grandma Airport Hotel simply surpassed my expectations.

We only booked the room to shower & change before a long late flight back home, but it absolutely exceeded our expectations due to the kindness of the staff. Since we were not spending the night and had breakfast included in our rate, they were even kind enough to offer to prepare us food and bring it to our room before we checked out. Room is very clean and cozy, with a nice pool view. Would 100% book again. Thank you, you are amazing ❤️

The AC wasn’t working properly but we didn’t mind it coz we slept dead, only noticed when we woke up. TW: it is located right next to a graveyard.

Grandmas is in a great location close to the airport, the rooms are modern and clean. The food available was also delicious. It is impossible to fault this hotel for the price. However, perhaps their best asset is their staff. Triyana, Adi and Arya were always working to ensure our expectations were exceeded. The focus on customer service and satisfaction is in everything that they do. We really appreciated the extra effort and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Difficult for taxi to find and turn into on the main road. Took a while to find some staff at 5am to check our keys out

We arrived late night and left early morning for airport transfer. However the staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable for our stay. Good air con. They did pre warn us politely of building works happening the next day but this didn’t affect us as we left at 5am.

Clean rooms...great staff....very attentive and prompt with services. Nice restaurant and pool. Close to the airport. Restaurants are within walking distance and some are right next to it. Great deal for a good price. Definitely recommend.

Interesting hotel! It is a large concrete building but which has been softened by all the hanging plants around it! It probably helps keep it cool as well. Rooms are very comfortable with a huge bed and excellent service from the staff. It's close to the airport so a perfect stop off. Very good value as well and huge breakfast, (not included).
